Hello guys, EnglishI’m trying to connect a whatsapp chatbot to pipefy through API. Problem is chatbot uses JSON API to make calls. How can I convert GraphQL to Json ?PT-BR Estou tentando integrar um chatbot de whatsapp para fazer a criação de cards no pipefy através da API. Porém na configuração do step no chatbot ele só aceita código JSON. Boa tarde, Eu utilizo o database do Pipefy, porém essa minha base de dados é muito extensa e está em constante atualização, então o database do Pipefy fica mais complicado para fazer essas amudanças.Pensei em utilizar o google sheets para ter essa atualização de maneira mais rápida, como eu consigo conectar essa planilha do google sheets com a minha base de dados no Pipefy? Existe alguma automação em que, na medida que eu altero a planilha o database também se altera? Obs.: No meu formulário, existem campos de conexão de database, ou seja, o campo “puxa” as informações que estão na planilha. Agradeço desde já, 

Pessoal, tudo certo?Temos usado em diversos clientes o fluxo de “Seleção de candidatos” e mais recentemente surgiu uma dúvida sobre o que fazer com os dados pessoais (dados do formulário e currículos) dos candidatos que participaram do processo.Inicialmente havíamos definido que os dados seriam excluídos após 1 ou 3 anos.Contudo, gostaríamos de reter essas informações anonimizadas.Alguém já passou por esse tipo de situação? Alguma dica de como tratar essas questões em relação à LGPD?

Hello, I used to use Zapier to conect pipefy and other services that we use here, but since yesterday i cant reconect my pipefy acc through Zapier, keeps showing me the error unauthorized message. Anyone else with this kind of problem??

Hi,I have a project where multiple stakeholders are involved and different type of activities are performed to accomplish the project.Lets say → HR Team would work on recruitment → SCM Team would work on Inventory Planning → Infrastructure Team would work on Infra Planning and Installation.& at every form, I would like to have set of input parameters such as "People Count" , "Invoice No", "Value" these parameter would differ for every functional processes.so, is it possible to create a multiple type of forms in a single phase ? Your help would be highly appreciated.

Boa tarde!Saberiam informar se seria possível um campo que é preenchido em uma fase anterior aparecer já preenchido como referência na fase atual. (Como campo referência por exemplo) Isto por que no preenchidmento de um formulário público por um terceiro ao carregar este campo referência serviria para situar a pessoa de que ela está preenchendo informações no card correto.Obrigado

Hello, I use Zappier to integrate Pipefy to other CRMs, but often i keep reciving an error about a field in Pipefy which dont expect some kind of data. Do exists a reference of what data each field supports? This is the error that Zapier returns me, but i dont understand why sometimes the connection works and with some cards no.

The database has 13 records, but when I use a connect db field to select a record, it only shows 11 records, and the one I want to select is not there. Anyone faced the same issue?

SOLVED Hello everybody.We are trying to use Pipefy API query cards to retrieve all cards of a pipe (https://api-docs.pipefy.com/reference/queries/#cards).Our requests were working fine until one week ago. From that time we are always retrieving a HTML as response with "Pipefy is currently experiencing technical difficulties".Does anybody have any clue about this issue?Thanks a lot.Caio

looks like a dumb question, but I am lost here….where do I edit my email templates already created and working? I cannot find how I replace a dynamic field, for example, or edit the body text in the template.

Hi,I am building an app to keep Database in pipefy in sync with external source. This database contains thousands of records that are added and updated on the daily basis.I’ve tried to use recordsImporter in GraphQL API to sync records, but it seems like it can only create records, but not update it. Is it correct? Are there any other ways to create/update/delete records in bulk through API or is it only possible to do it one by one?  Best Regards, Artem

Ola.  Eu preciso criar um novo campo em um dos meus pipes porém precisaria popular este campo mesmo naquelea cards já criados Existe uma forma de atualizar todos os cards ao mesmo tempo a partir de uma planilha de Excel ou algo parecido.
