Olá, estou iniciando o desenvolvimento da API. Estou conseguindo criar um card através do meu ambiente, mas não estou conseguindo adicionar dados em um campo do tipo connector. Informação do campo:  {          "id": "contatos",          "type": "connector",          "index_name": "field_29_connector",          "description": "",          "label": "Contatos:",          "allChildrenMustBeDoneToFinishParent": false,          "canConnectExisting": true,          "connectedRepo": {}        }, 

Tenho um card com uma determinada data em um campo. 30 dias antes dessa data quero que ele seja movido para uma fase específica do meu workflow, 21 dias antes dessa data quero que ele seja movido para uma outra fase específica do meu workflow, e por aí vai. Como posso fazer essa automação?

In one of my company’s pipes, we have technical items in the checklists of some phase fields. We recently noticed that when we type a word with asterisks on either side of it like *this*, it automatically italicizes the word. Is there a way to undo that italics? In some cases where we’re using asterisks, it’s for a script or command that requires asterisks in it. We need to be able to see the asterisks with the rest of the text.For example, we have this command listed in one of our checklists and need to know that there are asterisks around the last three words.Because of the automatic formatting, it displays like this: Thanks in advance for any insight you may have!

I’ll give an example to describe this →I have multiple companies using Salesforce as their CRM.I’ve made a report to filter them, which is going really good !Next thing I want to do is to send out a mail to this selection only, saying that there was an issue in f.ex. the connection with Salesforce and our company. (I’ve foreseen the field email of course :))That way I can easlliy communicate with the filtered cards. 

Bom dia,Estou com certa dificuldade em conectar a minha base de dados com o meu pipe.Como eu posso fazer por exemplo para: quando um campo no meu card é igual a X, eu quero que envie um email para todas essas pessoas, se for Y para essas pessoas e assim por diante.No meu caso, esses emails estão em uma planilha do excel e para cada item são no mínimo 20 emails. Já coloquei o campo de conexão database dentro do eu card, porém eu teria que ficar selecionando um por um, e este não seria o objetivo…Podem me ajudar?? Agradeço desde já,Giovana

hello! we have 2 companies in pipefy, and now want to move in a unique pipe for maintain,  somebody know if that it’s possible move all the cards to the company 1 to another company for maintain all data and log?   i appreciate your comments 

Olá Comunidade.  Temos um modelo de arquivo que gostariamos de criar via atributos do formulario aqui no Pipefy. A maioria dos campos já foram contemplados porém cheguei numa tabela (excel) que pode conter poucas ou muitas linhas. Por exemplo:  Atributos das Colunas “Ativo” “Emissor” “Quantidade” …. como posso parametrizar “N” linhas para os usuarios irem adicionando conforme expansão ou não?  GRato pela usual contribuição. att.Gilberto    

Olá Estou desenvolvendo um processo em que preciso notificar as pessoas sobre todos cards que estão numa fase.  Essa notificação precisa ter alguns dados dos cards que estão na fase. Ex.: Existem 3 cards numa fase, preciso enviar uma notificação (e-mail) com alguns detalhes destes 3 cards.Caso tenha 2 cards, preciso enviar uma notificação (e-mail) com alguns detalhes destes 2 cards.Caso tenha 6 cards, preciso enviar uma notificação (e-mail) com alguns detalhes destes 6 cards. E assim por diante.. Alguém sabe de alguma forma de fazer isso? Obrigado.Ezec

What I am doing wrong?  

HiWe’re implementing a fast moving process by means of Pipefy, including several phases and collecting a lot of data as a card moves through the process. Cards are also connected to several databases for additional details and legal document attachments. At the end of a the process, we don’t want a pile of card accumulating, but cannot delete them either. We also cannot sufficiently filter the cards in the pipe either.Archiving such cards is a good option but nowhere in the documentation I can find any way to do so.What is the best way to handle this? Your input will be greatly appreciated.Regards

I have a problem sending file or attachment to my boss.When I try to attached a file like excel file and send to him, my boss cannot download my attachment file and it say’s 400 Bad Request Error. Can anyone please suggest how to fix this error ? Even photo or whatever file I attached, still he cannot preview or download my attachment file. Please help me what is the solution for this. Hello!Some people in our team have been facing the following dilemma: When clicking on a field that has a connection to another pipe, as soon as the startform is opened, the user cannot see the fields that are higher up, showing only the fields from the middle down. This has caused some discomfort for some people on the team, because when they try to scroll up, they sometimes click on the wrong fields or buttons. In some cases they can't access the search bar to add an existing card either. I would like to know if this kind of situation happens with you or anyone in your team. Hi,I am trying to update phase fields in my Pipe using the following GraphQL query:mutation { updatePhaseField( input: { id: "did_you_finish_the_task" label: "Have you finished the task?" options: ["Yep", "Nope"] required: false editable: true } ) { phase_field { id label } }}As far as I can tell the only way to specify the field is through the field ID. However my account is linked to many boards and companies and there are duplicate IDs across those. For example there could be multiple fields with IDs "did_you_finish_the_task" and I don’t want to accidentally rename the wrong one.So my question is how do I specify a certain field in a certain phase or board?

Hi!Would be possible that the information such as: card title and current phase name were 'frozen', like a header, when there was scrolling to see the card informations?This question came up from one of the users on our team, because sometimes, due to the amount of information that needs to be verified, we forget which card we are moving and even what phase it is in , so it is always necessary to go back to verify this kind of information.@rebeca.venancio if it works, Tais is gonna be happy
