If I have policies or procedure definitions in a tool like Confluence or SharePoint, would it be possible to link a phase to a relevant Confluence page. Take this example, the Pipefy phase says Create customer record. In Confluence or SharePoint I have the following guideline: Guidance for businesses collecting personal information for contact tracing https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/guidance-and-advice/guidance-for-businesses-collecting-personal-information-for-contact-tracingMy requirement: As a Pipefy user I want to be able to navigate from the applicable phase in Pipefy to the relevant policy or guideline so that I can complete my tasks effectively.Is this possible, if yes how do I do this? RegardsEtienne

Olá, estamos testando o Pipefy gratuito, mas não consegui identificar a opção de redirecionamento do usuário para uma página de confirmação após o envio do fomulário.Por exemplo, incorporei o form em uma landing page e após o lead enviar os dados, o mesmo não é redirecionado para outra página.É possível fazer essa configuração de redirecionamento no pipefy?

Estou fazendo um app que usa a api pública do pipefy para gerar relatórios, mas recentemente descobri que é possível acessar a api interna. Gostaria de saber se tem algum problema em utiliza-la, se é algo não recomendado.

How to share a request with another work partner

Criei uma automação para que um (exemplo) card2 fosse criado em um pipe2 caso o card1 fosse movido para uma determinada etapa em pipe1. O card é gerado no pipe2 como o esperado, porém, O título sempre puxa o texto das Checkbox e não do texto simples como no anterior.Minha intenção é duplicar o card em outro pipe, desta forma:  

I’ve seen here (https://developers.pipefy.com/changelog/new-graphql-feature-query-cards-by-updated_at) that we can filter cards by using built-in field liks update_at. How can I filter my cards by a custom field? Let’s say i have a field called “customer_id”. Hi folks, When I first started using Pipefy I participated in the Pipefy Certification Program. This made me a part of that “company” in Pipefy. Sometimes when I sign in, I’m taken to that company rather than my own. Is there a way to set my own company as the default so I don’t have to switch companies so often? Thanks, Sarah

Boa noite,É possível usar “Campo dinâmico” dentro do formulário?Hoje utilizo no template de e-mail campos dinâmicos para enviar as informações necessária do card para que gestor faça à aprovação, nesse e-mail mando junto o link da fase atual do card para ele responder o formulário.tentei adicionar o código {{phase00000000.field00000000}} mas não funcionou hehe :(Minha ideia seria adicionar essas informações que encaminho no e-mail, aparecer no formulário que ele responde.

Hey folks, I’m trying to include a hyperlink in my start form, but can’t get the HTML to work right. I used the following HTML format for the text: <a href="https://www.w3schools.com/">Visit W3Schools.com!</a> It looks great on the build page: A hyperlink with clean text​​​​But on the public form it shows the HTML markup: A non-hyperlink showing all the HTML text Is there a way to get the markup to stay hidden on the public form? I don’t use HTML markup a lot, so maybe this isn’t even the right format for me to use. 

Hi! I’m trying to update the Status Field of a Table Record through integromat. My quesiton is: I couldn’t find the name of this field, what is it’s name. And also, wich values can be used to update it: Ativo e Concluído?

It would be great is we could see which users moved a ticket into a phase via the GraphQL API.At present we can see information regarding a phase movement via phases_history in the API but not who undertook this action. This would be extremely useful for auditing and training purposes. The activity history appears to present this information via the UI. Thanks

We would like to see who has moved a card into a phase, through a graphql query. This information is visible through Activity History in the UI but we can’t seem to get it via the API.(We have tried to use the phase_history field in graphql but it lacks the user id.) Is there a way to do this? Thanks  

On all the pipes in our organization, we’re not able to use the “request tracking” feature. Whenever we submit a card on a pipe that has that feature enabled, we get the email, but when we click on the email link we get a “the access link expired” notification. Asking for a new link just brings us back to the same error. A similar question was asked before (link below), but the answer doesn’t help me. If I go to https://app.pipefy.com/request-tracker/en-us I again just get the “the access link expired” message. 

Hi there, I’ve been using the PDF generator to create some PDF templates in my pipe. Is there a way to delete templates from the list? The Getting Started one is still there, for example, as well as other drafts we created and no longer need. All I see is the on/off toggle which just makes the template inactive. It doesn’t remove it from the list in PDF generator. Thanks, Sarah

Hi, I’m trying to update/add assignee to a table record field using their contact ID but I’ve been struggling terribly. I can update/add other record fields, using setTableRecordFieldValue, such as email address and phone numbers but the assignee one return empty value ({'data': {'setTableRecordFieldValue': {'table_record': {'id': 'record_id', 'title': 'record_name'}, 'table_record_field': {'value': '[]'}}}}).I’m really new to this pipefy api, can anyone please help?
