Hi,I have a project where multiple stakeholders are involved and different type of activities are performed to accomplish the project.Lets say → HR Team would work on recruitment → SCM Team would work on Inventory Planning → Infrastructure Team would work on Infra Planning and Installation.& at every form, I would like to have set of input parameters such as "People Count" , "Invoice No", "Value" these parameter would differ for every functional processes.so, is it possible to create a multiple type of forms in a single phase ? Your help would be highly appreciated.

Boa tarde!Saberiam informar se seria possível um campo que é preenchido em uma fase anterior aparecer já preenchido como referência na fase atual. (Como campo referência por exemplo) Isto por que no preenchidmento de um formulário público por um terceiro ao carregar este campo referência serviria para situar a pessoa de que ela está preenchendo informações no card correto.Obrigado

Hello, I use Zappier to integrate Pipefy to other CRMs, but often i keep reciving an error about a field in Pipefy which dont expect some kind of data. Do exists a reference of what data each field supports? This is the error that Zapier returns me, but i dont understand why sometimes the connection works and with some cards no.

The database has 13 records, but when I use a connect db field to select a record, it only shows 11 records, and the one I want to select is not there. Anyone faced the same issue?

SOLVED Hello everybody.We are trying to use Pipefy API query cards to retrieve all cards of a pipe (https://api-docs.pipefy.com/reference/queries/#cards).Our requests were working fine until one week ago. From that time we are always retrieving a HTML as response with "Pipefy is currently experiencing technical difficulties".Does anybody have any clue about this issue?Thanks a lot.Caio

looks like a dumb question, but I am lost here….where do I edit my email templates already created and working? I cannot find how I replace a dynamic field, for example, or edit the body text in the template.

Hi,I am building an app to keep Database in pipefy in sync with external source. This database contains thousands of records that are added and updated on the daily basis.I’ve tried to use recordsImporter in GraphQL API to sync records, but it seems like it can only create records, but not update it. Is it correct? Are there any other ways to create/update/delete records in bulk through API or is it only possible to do it one by one?  Best Regards, Artem

In one of our pipes we use a pipe connection field to allow users to connect their new form with one that was previously submitted. Often the one they’ve previously submitted will be in a “done” phase. When submitting the form via the public form, users cannot search cards that are in the “done” phase.Search in the public form HOWEVER, when creating a card from the pipe, admins do have the option to also search done records. Search in the pipe ‘create new card’ option; has the button to ‘also show done records’​​​​ Is this truly different? And, if so, why? Or am I missing something on the public form? Can users search done records on the public form?

Hello, When i make a request with the graphql, the response is in a different order for each card, what makes trouble for putting into a DataFrame. Ex: Sometimes the response is given by: Title, date, owner. But in a couple of cards the response is: Owner, title, date. May someone help me? 

 Hi there, I’m using a connection field in one of our pipes to allow users to connect their information to an existing card. To open the dropdown list of existing cards, users have to click on “Create new card”. Is it possible to change this label? I think it’s confusing because they’re clicking on that option to search through cards and connect to an old one, not to create a new card. I can’t see anywhere to change the label on that button. The connection field in our pipe​​​​​​ 

Hello everyone,I’m suffering a lot to be able to offer my form in different languages exe: EN/PT/SP. I already did it but with a lot of effort, basically duplicating the fields in the different languages and creating also different conditionals rules, but that makes it a lot harder to manage the pipe and keep it organized when a new update is necessary.Is Pipefy working on something to make that easier? I just wanted a way for the system to give me an option to put the context of the fields in different languages without the needing of duplicating it and creating several conditionals for that. 

I'm trying to query all cards from pipe using Pipefy API Graphql, but some cards that appear in the pipe board aren't being returned in the api.In the code below I'm trying get all cards from my Pipe{ pipe(id: 1260940) { phases { id, name, cards { edges {node { id, createdAt, fields { name value } }}} } }}Or if I search directly in the phase where are these "hidden" cards{ phase(id: 8422613) { cards { edges { node { id } } } }}For example: the card #426803396, that is in this pipe (1260940) and this phase (8422613), isn't returned in any those queries above.

Olá, tudo bem? Nós da MOBITYPE temos acesso ao PLANO GRATUITO. Estamos dentro do limite (50 cards no mês, 5 pipes, 15 automações, 10 users).  Porém estamos bloqueados de mexer na plataforma. Diz que temos 15 pipes, mas só temos 3, com 19 cards. Gostaria de saber o que é preciso ser feito para voltarmo a mexer normalmente. 

Boa Tarde pessoal ?Eu gostaria de tirar uma duvida referente a campos.  Quando eu altero um item de um campo de lista que consta em um formulário, ele vai alterar a partir do momento que eu alterei não afetando aqueles pipes já finalizados ou ele vai modificar todos os pipes já criados anteriormente  ?   Essa mesma regra serve também para os demais campos ???   A regra de exclusão é que quando eu excluir um campo, excluirá todas as informações daquele campo deixando em branco né de todos os pipes já existentes .Aguardo.Desde já agradeço.

Olá Que bom saber que a Pipefy está caminhando para aderência à LGPD.  Diante disso seguem algumas dúvidas:A estrutura de acesso: (criação de contas, acesso à tabelas, Pipes, tipos de acesso) serão modificados para se tornarem mais granulares? Será desenvolvido a feature para colocarmos a Declaração de Privacidade nos formulários público? Será disponibilizado a feature para aceitação dos cookies nos formulários públicos? Será permitido a feature para Coletar o Termo de Aceite para o dados nos formulários públicos? Por hora essas são as que considero mais importantes. Atenciosamente.
