Add Label using API

Hi, I want to add a specific label to a card a using the API. I have found this: https://pipefypipe.docs.apiary.io/#reference/0/update-card and this https://api-docs.pipefy.com/reference/mutations/updateCard/. The part I am unsure if if I am required to send “all the basic information” including the new label … or … if there is a way t ouse the API to “Add X Label”? Doeos it need to be:mutation{ updateCard( input: { id: 2762646 title: "New Title" due_date: "2017-08-20T21:00:00+00:00" assignee_ids: [00000] label_ids: [890073] } ) { card { id title } } } Or can it it just be mutation{ updateCard( input: { id: 2762646 label_ids: [890073] } ) { card { id title } } } with 890073 being the ID of the new label. :) Also, how can I find the ID of a label without using the API? Eu uso a versão free do pipefy. Entendo que ela é limitada e estamos nos organizando para nos tornar premium, porém, por enquanto ainda preciso fazer parte da grátis. Tenho medo de perder meus projetos nela. Meu cadastro pode expirar ? Existe um tempo de pipefy gratuito ou no caso são somente limitações de uso?

Move fields to another phase

Hey,I have one simple question about fields.There are many pipes similar, maybe 10. I need to move a simple field in a phase for another phase, but it`s need reflect in all cards, not only the newest. Maybe is it possible do it with Graphql ? Thank you.

Updating Label Select Fields

Hi, I'm trying to update fields in a card, no problem with texts and dates so far, however, I don't know how to change Label Select fields or Assign To fields. This is an example of what I've been trying:{""query"": ""mutation{ updateCardField(input: {card_id: 25250812 field_id: \""priority\"" new_value: \""Medium\"" }){ card{ id } } }""}Response doesn't throw an error, but the card is not updated. Get Phase ID

How can I get a phase ID using API? The 'Show Pipe' request returns the name of the phases, but not the IDs, I understand I can get it from the URL of the phase but I'm trying to retrieve it from the API.Thanks

What happens to existing cards when you update a start form?

We pretty much live and breath in one main Pipe. I am thinking about updating the pipe’s start form and public form with some new options and conditionals. What will happen to cards created in the Pipe under the prior Start Form? Anything I should worry about?

What happens when you hide public form?

So, we’re backed up right now. Is it possible to just hit my shareable link to my Public Form and take it off public essentially “closing” the request form temporarily? Does it impact any card history?

Inventoty Control

Hello everyone I’m currently beginning to use pipefy for inventory control as described in: https://help.pipefy.com/en/articles/875875-inventory-control, everything is ok except that I need associate an equipment or group of equipment to a user once, this is in order to avoid associate the same resource to different users twice. So I wonder: is there a way to associate one or more equipment to a user in order (from my equipment data base) to avoid resource reuse?

Social Media Content Creation and Automated Posts

Social Media Content Creation & Post AutomationWho all is using Pipefy for Social Media Content Creation (Specifically Facebook & or Instagram in our case)? I saw the content creation template but it is a bit bare bones. I wondered if anyone would mind sharing their Pipe and how they use it for this? We are starting to have to post more and more for various Facebook pages so it would be nice to better integrate content creation & posting into our Pipefy. I did investigate some potential automations via Zapier etc. that might make it possible to automatically post onto Facebook. It seems like it may become a bit of a pain for us because I would have to setup a different automation in Zapier for each Facebook page but the actions with Pipefy are pretty limited (Card Creation, Cards Moved, etc). Any thoughts appreciated!

Exporting Card History/Activities

Is there a way to export the history from a card - the section under Activities where it lists what was changed, by whom, and on which date? We’d like to be able to do this to keep backups of our records, but I haven’t found a way to do so.I know you can export the card data via a report, but the reports only have a little bit of the activity information from what I can see (last updated date etc.).This is somewhat related to the question asked here:

Olá bom dia à todos.. Quero mais uma vez utilizar de todos os canais possíveis, para explanar a minha insatisfação quanto à nova interface. Além de visualmente confuso, como administradora responsável por criar os campos, condicionais, automações e tudo ao que tange as configurações do pipefy, sou em que o faço.Vejam como é contraprodutivo quando tentamos configurar algo simples como movimentação de um campo: movimentação de campo Além de demorar muito mais tempo para carregar as páginas em todos os pipes, por um momento achei que fosse a nossa internet, mas somente no pipefy que é demorado… Não é claro no card fechado (nem aberto) qual é a data de vencimento do card, o contraste entre o fundo do card e o card são muitos claros, o card fechado está muito extenso… Em relação ao alto custo cobrado (e ainda mais cobrado em dólar) não vejo mais os benefícios que a plataforma sempre nos apresentou. Autofill customer information from database

I am having a great deal of difficulty using the connection mechanism to autofill fields on a card from information in the database (I assume this can be done). I have created the connection and linked the fields and ensured the fields are of the same type in both the database and the card. The cards will track installation jobs from quote through installation and I don’t want to add a recurring customer’s information into the card every time a contractor needs another job. I want to select their record from the database menu and have the fields on the card reflect that customer’s contact information (phone, email, name, etc.).I have created the fields in phase 2 and I make the connection in phase 1, but my test customer’s contact information never populates in the card’s fields.

Forms that require a signature

Hi Doers!Wondering if anyone has suggestions for ways to configure a Pipefy form that requires a signature.We have certain forms that require a signature for legal reasons (our code of conduct acknowledgement form, for example). I don’t see a “signature field” as an option in Pipefy but thought some of you might have come up with ways around this.Open to any ideas you might have!

Updating Start Form After It's Submitted

Looking for some help from the community on how to handle this process in Pipefy:We have an onboarding pipe. Sometimes managers will complete the public start form before they know what the name of the new hire is or their start date i.e. they know they’re hiring a new Technician, but haven’t selected the person yet. We have questions that allow them to submit the start form without providing the name and start date of the new hire. However, we want them to be able to update us with the name and start date once those pieces of information are known. Currently, we just ask the manager to email us when they know that information and we manually update the card with that data.I’m trying to find a way for the managers to be able to submit another form - an update form - that will then connect to the original onboarding card so that the data is combined. I’m assuming I’ll need to use connections and possibly automations too, but I can’t quite figure out how to make this work. Any recommenda

Can't connect a tableRecord in to another table

I'm trying to create a new table record using a field which is a connected record from another database. Using the GUI I can create and connect table record with no issues. But, when I run using the Graphiql Explorer I got the following message: Value You don't have permission to connect these cards/table records. Both databases has the Public Permission checked. I tried using the API (new version) and presents the same problem.
