Hello!

About Make.com integration.

There are some special fields like CNPJ (BR Tax Number) and Phone Number that are not loaded in Make.com.

How can I fill in these fields without changing the field type?

Hello

I used Make and Pipefy to search for CNPJ data in Receitaws and it worked. See if this article helps you

If it doesn't work, you can create a new text field and update it via automation with the CNPJ information and try to take this text field to make

Fala, Marcos!

Já criei um campo de texto, porém, minha dúvida era sobre como usar o campo especial de CNPJ para essa finalidade. Em todo caso, agradeço a sua resposta!

Grande abraço!

It looks like Make.com isn’t pulling certain fields like CNPJ (BR Tax Number) and Phone Number from your integration. If changing the field type isn’t an option, check if Make.com allows manual mapping or custom fields. You might also need to verify API permissions or use a workaround like a separate data transformation step.

To address this issue without altering the field types in Pipefy, you can try several approaches. First, manually mapping the fields by using dot notation allows you to reference fields that are not readily visible in the Make.com interface.

For example, to access the 'first_name' field, you would use {{1.data.contact.fields.first_name}}. If direct mapping does not work, you can use HTTP modules within Make.com to send API requests directly to Pipefy, retrieving or sending data to specific fields by specifying their exact identifiers.

Additionally, refreshing or reconfiguring the connection between Pipefy and Make.com may help, as sometimes the integration does not reflect recent changes or new custom fields. If none of these solutions work, reaching out to Make.com’s support team can provide insights or solutions tailored to your specific integration setup.
