Outgoing messages should never be marked as New. Is there a way to fix that in our settings? Thanks!

Hi Charla!
Currently, there is no 'New' tag applied when an email is sent. If there is an automation inserting a 'New' label whenever an email is outgoing, it must be disabled directly within the automation settings.
