Hi everyone! How is it going?I’m wondering if anyone could help with a problem that I have been facing.I’m trying to create a card on one of my pipes using .NET but I keep getting BadRequest every time. But the strange thing is that I’m using the same query on a REST client and it works every time. How to lookup a value and use that in next step automation?

I can’t seem to figure out what probably is simple. Would appreciate a few pointers. I have an incoming message with a label. Based on the label, I want to do a lookup in a table what outgoing message fits that label (and then send that outgoing message to the email address of the incoming message).I can’t figure out how to do a lookup in a table in this context.Thanks for your help!

How to move a card to a new pipe?

I want to create an automation that moves a card from one pipe to the next. I’m able to do this as a workaround with an automation that creates a new child card in the desired destination pipe, but I would rather move the card itself than create a new child card. Are there options for this?

Item list doesn't expand

I have a situation where we are attaching an item in Card A using a connected pipe from Card B. While I can click on Card A and see the item being listed as Card B, but I can’t expand (Pop-up or Open) Card B. Has anyone seen similar issues? Help appreciated

Ok, we want to retrieve data from another card in another pipe, is that even possible?

We have a “reimbursable expenses portal (REP)” for our contractors We have a “project pipe (PP)” that contains all information (customer, dates, location, etc) of a given project The “project pipe” has an ID# field In the REP, we want the contractor to input the ID# and then pull all the information, so the user knows that he in inputting data in the correct project

Integration of Pipefy with maps (GPS) features

In my company (dedicated to services in Precision Agriculture Area) I have a couple of teams always in the field, doing maintenance/ instalation of our products (sensors, stations, etc.) or doing field work services (flying drones, take soil samples, etc.). Sometimes we see an issue in the field (damaged tube in the irrigation pipe, fallen tree, pest or disease in a plant, etc.) that we would like to open a ticket (a card!) in a pipe, in order to solve the problem. This ticket should have a photo and a GPS location of the issue. In Pipefy, I can do all of this except the GPS location (and the possibility of checking all the issues in a map view). Is there any way of creatiing / adding points in a specific map in google maps (in my account), in order to have the points of the issues (cards) I create in Pipefy in a map view? Or at least to save a GPS point in a new card created? Since Pipefy does not do it itself (it should, a button called GPS point!!!), is there any form of integration

How to display more field on card

Automation Problem

I have a phase which my sales team access trough a link they receive by email (for card’s current phase). In this phase, there are 2 possible outcomes: They either attach a new file and write down some comments - and an automation moves the card to final phase and process is finished - or they can request a new updated (creating a new record - it is a field connected with a database), and in this case an automation will move the card back one phase. That works fine at first, but then I have a problem. When there are previous records on that connection field (updates requested in the past), even if I don’t change them or create a new one - the automation will always run as if that field was updated, just because there where information from the past. Example: Salesperson A had previously requested 3 updates (there are 3 record there created on the connected database). Those were all completed. Now we just need her to Attach a file and write her comments so that the card reaches the fina

Database Additional Fields

Hello Team, How can I do a cascading dropdown with Pipefy?For e.g. I have a dropdown called Employee . When I select any Employee from that, I should be able to automatically populate few text box below it with related attributes.Database: EmployeeFields: Employee First Name, Employee Last Name, Employee Date of Birth, Employee Location, Employee Status Pipe Start Form has a dropdown Employee and when I select any employee from list, I would have few text boxes below it which will populate related info for that employee which would be editable. So when I make any changes and submit it, it will move to next phase and at the end it after approvals, those changes will be saved back to employee record. So the question is, how do I populated related attributes from database to editable text boxes? (Or even non-editable if editable is not possible) Regards,Avni Bhatt

Email template - Send a quarterly notification - Not triggered by an event

Hi, we are using Pipefy as a CRM. I am in need to send out a quarterly NewsLetter to some of our contacts.Can I use Pipefy to create an email template and send the Newsletter to some of our contacts? This is a communication email that is not necessarily triggered by an action in Pipefy. It is just a communication email. It it is not possible, my other alternative is to use the contact information to send the email using Outlook. Our contacts are in a database that has no relation to the accounts cards, so I have no way to determine which contact name belongs to which account. Would love some help or ideas on how to accomplish this.

Request Tracker Link

Hello Team, How can I get the link to Request Tracker form in subsequent Phase?Use Case: We have 9 phases in pipe. Request tracker gets sent to the user in the very first initial form phase. In phase 7, we have a dependency on external system to complete one operation and send data back to pipefy to progress further. At this stage, we want to notify original requester that details are sent to external system and along with this notification, we want to send the link of original request submitted by them (Public link which they received when they submitted). So they dont have to keep on searching email to get the access tracker link to see the status of request. Thanks in advance!Regards,Avni Bhatt

Set SLA based on card priority

Is it possibile to set SLA for a card in an specific step of the flow based on a custom priority field? Here is my scenario:I have a custom “select from list” field labeld “priority” which accepts values from 1 to 5 (such that 1 indicates the highest priority and 5 the lowest). I would like to set a shorter SLA when priority is higher.I could create 5 different columns, one for each priority level, but that would make the pipe confusing.
