It would be awesome (and save me so much time in making automations and E-Mail template adjustments) if there was some sort of conditional in E-Mail templates. I dream of, in the template: You will be charged:{{if fieldId.some_select_value}}100 for some_select_value{{endif}}{{if fieldId.some_other_select_value}}200 for some_other_select_value{{endif}}{{if fieldId.some_third_select_value}}50 for some_third_select_value{{endif}} Instead of making, for this example, 7 E-Mail templates and then having also 7 automations deciding which to send.
Many of our employees are “restricted view” members since they only need to see information on cards that are assigned to them.The problem is that Pipefy hides the “PDF” button from “restricted view” members so they are unable to produce a PDF utilizing fields from their cards. When using the portal features, new cards are created in one pipe.I would love this card to be able to be connected to another pipe/card.This would be possible either byautomation to set created card as a field value of a connection field of another card, selected somhow (e.g. by another field value) have a “hidden” field on the portal, e.g. filled by query string parameters, which than again can be used with an automation to connect the created card with the card selected by query string parametersThe last is more or less a description of a possible implementation of a portal for a connection field, the thing I am actually looking for.
Hi Dev team Today Pipebot is not an option to exclude to generate a report with all persons excepted the Pipebot. Could you create this option please? Thanks.
Files attached to a card should be manageable with a multi select, multi delete funcitonality.Also, photos should be scrollable.
Hello everyone, When we make a form public, the database connection fields do not hide the completed records in the connected database.This behavior is observed in the completed form in Pipe (it is possible to hide or view completed records), but this does not happen in public forms.It would be important to have the same visualization on Pipe and Public forms. We use this function when we publish databases with job vacancies for hiring or databases with the list of active employees.
Guys, does anyone besides me miss being able to limit the number of characters in certain fields?Thinking of integrations with other systems, this can cause an error.It would be quite interesting to have a character size limiter don't you think?
Hello there! In one of the Pipes I’m admin each card can has a huge number os e-mails exchanged, among these e-mails, there are automated and nonautomated. It would facilitate to the team responsible for the process If we could segregate these 2 types of e-mails in different sections.
Some of my phases have a large number of cards in them (like backlog). It would be helpful to set a phase width on the Kanban view to span more than 1 column so that task cards aren’t stacked so much. Likely done when defining a phase’s settings.
The ability to toggle collapsed/expanded view of a phase when it is relevant to see or not. For example, the Backlog/Done/Archived phases don’t always need to be seen. Being able to collapse them brings more focus to the phases that are important for day to day work (Ready to start, Doing, etc.).
Nowadays we are using fields such as checkbox or radio to trigger our automations among phases. It would be nice if we had a “button field” to use as triggers to the automations.

The current mindset is security and this term is very fragile in Pipefy. Specifically speaking in terms of members management. There is no groups of members, apparently even that member included into Pipe you need reflect this access into all tables that you have to make sure that the member can use the pipe.The topics must be fixed are:Groups of member Privileges based on groups (or maybe) use integration to Active Directory or similar Create logs for every access and action to be reviewed when necessary Integrate these logs to permit access from SIEM to compliance reasons Use the hash into URL to avoid to get access using this way and get information undulyThere is another things and sincerely this must be reviewed urgently specially in ages of GDPR and LGPD (Brazil equivalent law).Thanks.

In process that use a lot of DBs to store important datas (like ours), having the functionality of export DB reports (like we could do in Pipes) would be very useful. This will facilitate our information management.
Actually, the integration between the plataforms is done manually. We export the Pipefy report and import this document in the PowerBI. We expect that with an automatic integration between the plataforms, we can visualize our KPIs updated more often from the configured report in the respective pipes.
Suggestion for the Pipefy team! Watching a video must be required for users to move the card to the next stage: Some companies need that their users watch a video (internal FTE or candidates) to understand the company values, how the process works and how tasks should be done before moving the card to the next stage of the process. It would be nice to have a feature that allowed users to move cards only if they finished the video.
Nowadays, despite pipefy allowing us to use time triggers for our automations, using recurring activities and relative time filters, I can’t seem to find a way to make the automation valid for working days only.That said, it would be nice to have the time triggers' concept expanded to admit expressions such as "exactly X working days ago".
We want to allow the requesters to track the status of what they requested inside Pipefy, through a Public Form or using an Email Inbox.
