Thinking about some way to improve security levels in pipes with sensitive information or data, like some HR processes, it would be nice being able to set a password to access a pipe. Even the administrators of the organization would have to insert the correct password to access the pipe. It would be even better that every access be recorded in a log so we can keep an oversee or audit the visualization of these sensitive pipes.
Hi Pipefy could a create a way to identify authenticated users from non authenticated users as a way to create differents options in the form based on this. This way could permit the 2 kind of type of users use the same pipe.
In our process we need to follow the client's contracts and make a additive when it is overdue.Would be so helpful for our process has a SLA Alert that we can program to appear it in a specific date/month.
A suggestion that would be nice, would be if we could edit the type of question, even if we've already created it. Today, it`s not possible. If we want change the question format, we need to create a new one.
I think would be great to add in the pipes a customizable help section. Here in TRR we train our new employees and present the entire process but sometimes they may have some doubts about the details or something like that.If we could add some tips or instructions about the business rules or usages of the pipe, this could help our employees a lot.
When registering a new client, it’s often necessary to allow more than one email and phone field, for instance. It would be interesting if we could set fields to be auto expanding the same way we can hide them. I imagine the functionality to work pretty much the same way that the select field creation works, whereas if data is inputted, a field for a new option is created.
Hi guys! I’d like to sugest create a feature to hide the final phase in a Pipe from the users? it would make the kanban and List view ever more clean. Cheers!
It is possible to add Images using URL in the Email Template Editor, but in the PDF Template editor the images can only be selected from local images. It wold be a nice feature.
There was a recent update that allows you to add users to multiple pipes simultaneously. However, it is not yet possible to easily see which Pipes or Databases a particular user has access to. The ideal would be a panel with all the information of the users and in this same place the admin. can add, remove or edit the user's access to pipes and databases.
It is currently possible to filter cards according to the assignee. However, it does not have the filtering option for unassigned cards. This filter is important to help find the cards for which we forgot to define a responsible or have accidentally removed the assignee. It is only possible to obtain this information by creating reports.
When accessing the card, it is possible to add or remove assignee using the keyboard shortcut - Space bar. The way we use this shortcut has hindered more than helped. My suggestion is to enable or disable keyboard shortcuts.
We’ve heard that there’s so much exiting work being done by the Pipefy team and it would be great to have a place community users could see the current Pipefy product roadmap. One good example is Front’s public roadmap.
The current Pipefy<>Slack integration is a good chat but is very limited in capability. With ChatOps becoming increasingly popular, I think Pipefy has a great opportunity to take advantage. There are a few different integration options I have in mind: Integration with Slack users. Not only for login but moreso to replace email notifications. Many startups and even large organizations like ours are using email very sparingly favoring Slack instead. This would make it easier for a requester to receive emails regarding their request. Communication. It’d be great to be able to communicate with a requester or even others managing a pipe through Slack. For example, a new card could open a channel which then displays in the card. Actions through Slack. Wouldn’t it be great if we could type “/pipefy request a new unicorn” in Slack and within my Slack window fill out the start form for the “new unicorn” pipe? Similarly if a request requires approval from an executive it would be so much easier to send them an automated message in Slack with the request details and an “approve” / “decline” button than require them to use the Pipefy backend. In fact, we’ve built something like this using Pipefy’s API for exactly this need. The list goes on! I am sure there are many other great usecases, who else uses Slack, any ideas?
Currently, we only have the options 1 hour later, one day later, and seven days later, to select relative dates. As a user, I would like to configure my relative years as "next month." That is because if you chose the last day of the month, for months with 30 days and months with 31 days, the automation wouldn't be executed after one month precisely.
1 - I think report could be sended by automation. 2 - When we have a connected fiel, it disable to include information from other fields of the connection in the report. In the email template it´s enable. 3 - We could duplicate report 4 - We can chose the bottom line of report. I wanna choose the field name. Just label field is enable.
