Oi Pessoal , bom dia !Sou nova na utilização do pipefy e tenho criado alguns processos pra otimizar e controles as demandas do financeiro , Temos um processo onde recebemos diariamente ( via e-mail ) o fluxo de caixa em uma planilha em Excel  ( o processo de controle é feito por um prestador de serviço externo)Preciso criar um processo no pipefy para receber esse fluxo e validar as informações ( entradas e saidas) diariamente .Alguém tem alguma ideia ? eu não queria ter que abrir um card por dia … Pensei em um card por mês , mas não sei como atualizar diariamente..

Preciso tirar uma dúvida: dois setores internos, dentro de uma mesma org, mas que precisam se comunicar entre sí. Ao criar o campo “conexão”, o pipefy me da a oportunidade de fazer essa conexão. Perfeito, O problema está em caso essas duas orgs devam tratar do mesmo assunto mais que uma vez. como orquestrar isso? e em termos de sla? pq teremos mais que uma inda e vinda do card entre kanbans. Isso é muito urgente. __________________-I need to ask a question: two internal sectors, within the same org, but that need to communicate with each other. When creating the "connection" field, pipefy give me the opportunity to make this connection. Perfect, The problem is in case these two orgs should deal with the same subject more than once. how to orchestrate this? and in terms of sla? cause we will have more than one in and out of the card between kanbans. Hello.. I would like to add a custom Button (or link) in cards to call a external URL (PBX IP Cloud).Is it possible to add a button that executes the request POST/GET in background, sending data like (card_id, phone, .. )? Ex:https://url.my.pbx/originateCall/{pipefy.user_id}/{card.id}/{phone} ** The relationship between pipefy user and extension to generate call will be on PBX. Thanks..

I see the option ‘This field is editable on other phases‘ in the phase settings for certain fields. But I do not see that option for connected fields. Is there a way to ensure that a connected field is not edited after it is added to a card?

After filling in the ‘Autofill Fields’ option for a card, the menu does not load properly when I go back to update it via the gear icon. Is this a bug or do I need to enter the menu a different way?

I would like to update a connected pipe’s field when another field is updated. I can automatically choose a fixed field value from a connected pipe, but I cannot update any fields for the connected pipe with this automation. I’m wondering if I’ve missed something here or I’m choosing the wrong options? I’m currently using the ‘A field is updated’ - ‘Update a field’ option set for the automation. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Olá pessoa, boa tarde! Preciso de uma ajuda quanto ao uso de conexão com database. Tenho um database chamado “Região” que possui os campos “Título”, “Nome”, “Sigla”.No formulário tenho um campo select e gostaria de carregar nesse campo os dados presentes no database “Região”, concatenando os campos “Nome” e “Sigla”. Isso é possível? Obrigada!

Estou usando CURL para realizar a requisição.Tenho o GraphQL pronto e criando o CARD. can you create a connection from an initial card to different phases with different people in charge of those faces and when each person finishes the assigned task it goes to a last phase?

Situation: We have a list of contacts used in processes, which ideally should not be shared with anyone. As certain people only should be using some contacts e.g. the partner at our law firm would only be managing director contacting him.Pipe with Database Connected Field: In an issue resolution pipe we are making these contacts available so people can find the best people to talk to quickly by issue type.Question: Is there a way to set permissions for which ones display for one user vs. another?Brainstorming optionscould we have an assignee field on the contacts database - and this is checked before displaying the records? (this is a filter on the records presented in connected fields, which I think doesn’t exist in pipefy as yet)  

A partir das automações do Pipefy, consigo mover um card de uma fase “X” para uma fase “Y” mesmo que não consiga fazer isso manualmente como um usuário. Porém, o mesmo não é permitido pela API, tendo em vista que a API usa o meu usuário para manipular as ações. Como posso replicar o funcionamento da automação ao mover um card através da API?

Hello,I really need to download a lot of cards attachments to create an offline backup.I have tried creating a report of the cards and using it with wget to download the files. But after downloading a couple of files (something between 4-7) i get an 401 error.So i tried using GraphQL API to get the attachments links but i get the same error after downloading some files.Is there a way to mass download the cards attachments? Or download everything that i have in a Pipe?Thanks!!

Reviewing Recurring Automations for use with accounting, legal and tax.I can’t find an option to schedule specific dates with recurring automations (e.g. VAT filing tasks, other tax filings, closing year, etc. etc.) - this seems counter intuitive since there are so many processes that require this.Am I missing something here or is this not possible currently? Thanks for clarification

Criei um formulário de fase onde o solicitante poderá preencher informações adicionais relacionadas à sua solicitação. Fiz um teste reprovando pela segunda vez um card, para que o usuário pudesse revisar também pela segunda vez os campos previamente digitados, contudo, via link do formulário de fase, não é posssível, os campos ficam desabilitados para edição.Há alguma forma de tornar esses campos habilitados, mesmo que preenchidos?
