Olá, atualmente tenho um pipe que está conectado a uma tabela de registro de clientes.Quando crio o novo card, tenho um campo personalizado chamado cliente, onde eu seleciono o meu cliente. Gostaria de saber se tem um jeito de buscar os cards, que estão associados a este campo personalizado cliente e buscar pelo id de registro da tabela de clientes. Obrigado

Boa tarde,  Estou a pouco tempo utilizando o pipefy, na verdade fazem 2 dias. Procurei em todos os lugares e não encontrei. Fiquei com 2 dúvidas referente ao meu fluxo. Vou descrever a parte onde já está funcionando.1 - Formulário - ok - Cria um Card em Agendamento - Este só possui 1 campo obrigatório, o qual é a data de agendamento; 2 -  Agendamento - Após confirmada a data de agenadamento a automação passa automaticamente para a fase de atendimento; já colocando o responsável pela tarefa. Aqui que mora o problema, após concluir todos os campos desde card, ele passaria para a fase documental, onde tento utilizar a automação no campo Contato Sucedido, o qual é um campo de seleção de única opção. No caso se for colocado sim, ele vai para a fase documental, se eu colocar ele como não ele volta para a fase de agendamento. No caso se passar para a fase documental eu tenho um novo prazo a ser cumprido, o qual não tenho idéia de como fazer isto. Só lembrando que estou utlizando a versão grat

How do I have a public form with fields different from the initial "internal" form? For example:I have a public form with a field “NAME OF THE REQUESTER” and a field “CONTACT”, besides other 3 fields regarding the process.However, not every time a card needs to be created by a public form, sometimes the pipefy users will create it themselves, when that happens, the fields “NAME OF THE REQUESTER” and “CONTACT” are not necessary, as the users are employees of the same company. Only the 3 other fields are necessary to be fulfilled.

Olá,Atualmente estou utilizando 2 Pipes, “Contas a pagar” e “Orçamento”, dentro de Orçamento é feito a aprovação e depois é lançado no “Contas a pagar”.Então todo card no “Orçamento” acaba sendo vinculado a um novo card no “Contas a pagar”, minha ideia seria mover o card do pipe “Orçamento” quando ele for vinculado e chegar uma determinada fase do “Contas a pagar” se alguém tiver alguma sugestão.Agradeço desde já.

Hi Team, Is there a way to setup an automation to forward an email received in Pipefy shared email box?There are triggers available that can detect when new email is received and there is an action to Send an email. But what we are looking for is can the received email be forwarded to a pre-designated email automatically?  

Hi there.  I’m working on a process for our SDLC.  I would like to set up a flow where the user can indicate that they did or did not have a meeting in our process.  If they did, I want to set a field that documents the outcome of the meeting to required.  If they did not, I want to set a field that asks them to explain why they skipped the meeting to required. This pseudo code captures what I’m trying to do.  I could see tons of uses for this type of functionality. IF <had meeting = YES> THEN   <who was in meeting -- REQUIRED>   <why no meeting -- OPTIONAL>ELSE   <who was in meeting -- OPTIONAL>   <why no meeting -- REQUIRED>END IF 

Hi all ! I’m using Zapier connector to create cards in a pipe.But when doing this, fields are filled by the connector and not throught the database start form, so no data are send in the database :/So i’m asking me how it was possible to avoid that and create database entries using data added by the connector.Thanks a lot

Olá,Gostaria de saber se é possivel criar um Cráfico onde consigo quantificar o Tempo médio de Atendimento para Cada Card. Este calculo é feito desta forma TMA = tempo total de atendimento ÷ quantidade de tickets resolvidos, no caso os tickets seriam os cards. O TMA precisa ser calculado de forma mensal.Alguém consegue me ajudar?

Criei uma automação para enviar um e-mail sempre que um CARD chega em uma ETAPA do fluxo. E dá tudo certo, contudo, quando o CARD chega na determinada FASE ele envia DOIS e-mails, um com a TAG de automação e outro, conforme o print.E se eu desativar a automação, ele não envia mais nenhum.

eu fiz um database de razão social e cnpjdaí estou fazendo outro com o número de linha, preciso colocar o cnpj daí queria que no outro campo viesse já a razão social com base no cnpj escolhido, como faço isso?

Hi ,Since December 2021, we've been experiencing problems with our public forms. The ERR timed out error message is one issue. Second, the site has been blocked by one of the Internet Service Providers (Optus Australia). I've included a screenshot of their email.Have other companies had any issues like this?Thanks

Hello everyone,I am developing a simple application that will be integrated with Pipefy, and I will need to allow cards to be moved between phases with calls to the GraphQL API. The issue I am having is that there are certain fields that need to be updated before a card can move to a particular phase. When those fields are not set and the API call is made, the error that returns is very general: “Card could not be moved to phase id: <ID>”Is there anyway to make this error message more specific so that I could display to the user why it is failing? I thought I was able to do it when experimenting through Postman but now I cannot seem to find the call I madeAny help on this would be greatly appreciatedThanks!

I see that “clientMutationId” is always needed as part of the GraphQL payload. But What is this for??In the result from GraphQL always come back as NULL. In the Dev Docs says “A unique identifier for the client performing the mutation.” Can I register a Client for the miutation? Thanks!

Preciso coletar aprovações (ou reprovações) de várias áreas (5 áreas diferentes, pelo menos), sendo que essas áreas não terão acesso ao pipefy. Quero que eles recebam o link da fase por email, acessem e dêem seu aprovado (ou reprovado), porém não quero que eles vejam os campos das outras áreas. Como consigo fazer isso?

Bom dia,Desejo disparar um e-mail automático para que uma entidade de fora da organização (que não utiliza o Pipefy) confirme as informações de nosso formulário de início. Para fazer isso, é necessário colocar todos os campos do formulário de início no template de e-mail como campo dinâmico ou tem uma forma de enviar tudo que foi preenchido sem precisar colocar cada campo do formulário manualmente (a ideia é que a entidade receba uma cópia, de fato, do formulário)? Isso porque há perguntas condicionais no formulário de início, e se eu as colocar como campo dinâmico do template de e-mail, pode não fazer sentido para quem recebe - já que, por vezes, aquele campo não estará preenchido.
