Hi all, I’m trying to change default email society settings.I’m having two email adresses.I’ve setteled the second one as default email adresse but when automation send an email the sending email adress wich appears is the first one… Is it normal ?Thanks a lot

Os gráficos criados nos painéis ficam carregando por vários minutos antes de abrir. Não há Problema de conexão ou desempenho do  PC, pois foram checados . O problema persiste e traz ineficiencia para minha rotina. Alguém com o mesmo problema que conseguiu solucionar?

The “Static content” field provided a way to *conditionally* prevent a card from being moved by setting it to “required” and showing/hiding it using conditionals. How can this be achieved with the “dynamic content” field?

Alguém já realizou alguma integração entre Pipefy e ferramentas de análise de crédito (SERASA, QUOD ou afins)?   Necessidade: a partir de um CNPJ ou CPF digitado em um start form, submeter para um serviço de avaliação de crédito e retornar com o Score, que será gravado em outro campo do Pipefy para seguir com o fluxo.   Alguém?

Utilizo uma automação que envia notificação de falhas para os usuários e a partir daí são criados cards. Nas solicitações eu peço que façam alguns ajustes/correções mas nem sempre ocorrem. Gostaria de saber se ao invés de reencaminhar o e-mail de solicitação acessando card por card, eu conseguiria reenviar os e-mails para os destinatários de uma vez, mesmo sendo mais de um destinatário. 

I can’t get information about the child/parent pipes in Pipe query. I make a query like this one below:{ pipe(id: "form id here") { childrenRelations { child { __typename } } }}And the only property I can get from the child/parent is __typename and the result is this:{ "data": { "pipe": { "childrenRelations": [ { "child": { "__typename": "Pipe" } } ] } }}I want to know at least the child pipe ID. I tried the pipe_relations query, but it has the same limitations. The only way I could get some information about the pipes in the relations was in card query, but I need that information before a card is created.

Hi all,I’m learning Pipefy and it seems that the following yellow (date) field was mandatory for automation running...My automation is working fine but If that field is removed, automation doesn’t works anymore, so i’m asking about “usefulness” of that field because it is never updated whereas due date is welle updated…I don’t understand…Any ideas ?Thanks 

My team have a meeting every 14 days and after this meeting I'd like that every card at phase "Done" move to "Archived". I did an automation to do this every half hour so I don't need to move manually all cards, but I don't want to worry about turning the automation on and off every time. Do you know how can I make a recurring activity to run every 14 days?

Como que eu consigo criar um Dashboard, que me mostre a quantidade de Cards finalizados em 1, 2, 3, 4 ou 5+ dias?

O navegador EDGE está acusando todos os links de Formulários do Pipefy como não seguro. Em outros navegadores o link é acessado normalmente. Testamos em alguns computadores e de forma geral o problema ocorre apenas com o EDGE. Seria alguma configuração de privacidade do formulário ou problema do próprio navegador? 

I don’t think it’s possible to directly get a pipe report via API, since I haven’t find anything related in the docs. Anyway, I’d be happy if I’m wrong on that.However, I can directly pull tables  - from the “database” feature - via API. So a workaround on pulling reports would be to connect the pipe to a table and then pull this table using the API. To be more precise on what I mean to connect pipe and table: create some kind of automation that would, for example, save to a table every cards’ id, title and current phase. Is there a way to do something similar?

Hello all, I need to download all cards from a Pipe. I have over 1,000 cards. My current Python process for downloading all cards uses pagination. The first 50 cards are queried/downloaded quickly (i.e., json objects are saved practically immediately). But every subsequent card takes nearly 1 second. This takes a long time. Hi, I was wondering what API to use for updating databases based on their connected cards e.g. Data gets updated so I need to auto update the database OR a card gets moved to archive so I want to remove the Data I am someone with very little coding knowledge (But I am learning, currently with html but moving onto python)

Olá!Estou tendo problemas com o request tracker. No modo de edição do modo público do formulário, habilito a opção “Solicitantes podem acompanhar o progresso de seus cards”, em seguida, clico em SALVAR, para efetuar a alteração. Porém, ao recarregar a página, percebo que nada mudou! A opção de permitir ao usuário acompanhar o andamento da solicitação permanece desativada.Em outro pipe, o recurso funciona normalmente.Poderiam me ajudar a encontrar uma solução para este problema?--Atenciosamente,Michael.  

Galera estou com problema para adicionar um texto simples que só deve ser exibido caso outro campo esteja preenchido no template de e-mail.Nesse caso específico eu quero que o texto Anexos: só seja exibido caso eu tenha algum arquivo anexado ao Card.
