The Integration Hub is Pipefy’s integration hub that connects critical systems and orchestrates end-to-end data flows, centralizing integrations within a secure and governed layer inside Pipefy’s infrastructure. OverviewThe Integration Hub enables you to create and manage integrations between Pipefy and enterprise systems, with execution, monitoring, and traceability handled within the platform. What is the Integration Hub?The Integration Hub allows you to connect Pipefy to systems such as:CRMs ERPs Databases Internal APIs Other SaaS toolsAll executed within Pipefy’s infrastructure, providing greater visibility and control over integrations.500+ ready-to-use connectors for enterprise systems Low-code flow builder (triggers, actions, and logic steps) Standard authentication methods (OAuth, API Key, Basic Auth, Service Accounts) Execution logs and full traceability Alerts in case of failures How does this help?Centralizes integrations within the same environment where processes run Reduc

OverviewWe are continuously improving Pipefy’s integration capabilities to make them more stable, scalable, and reliable. This update introduces two improvements to how our integration engine handles data mapping and flow execution time, helping ensure more consistent performance across the platform. Structural improvement: More resilient integrations with System IDsWhat changed?Integrations built using Pipefy actions (such as Get Card by ID) now rely on System IDs instead of field and phase display names when mapping data.System IDs are unique and immutable identifiers that remain stable even if fields or phases are renamed in your process. Why this mattersPreviously, integrations relied on the visible names of fields and phases. If those names were changed, integrations could fail to locate the correct references.By using System IDs, integrations remain stable even when process structures evolve, allowing teams to rename fields or phases without affecting existing integrations. Do I n

OverviewWe are rolling out a new update to improve how you build, document, and monitor the performance of your integrations. These enhancements provide greater agility when handling complex processes and ensure instant visibility into the health of your automations. What’s new? Flow Map NavigationA new visual mini-map is now available within the integration builder. It allows you to quickly pan and navigate across large, complex workflows, making it easier to locate specific steps without exhaustive manual scrolling.  In-Flow NotesYou can now add text note blocks directly onto the builder canvas. This feature allows you to document business logic, explain API configurations, or leave instructions for other builders, centralizing technical knowledge exactly where the automation happens.  Total Duration BadgeWhen executing a flow or viewing previous runs, a new duration badge will appear next to the action buttons. This provides instant visibility into the total execution time for that s

OverviewContinuing the series of updates for AI Agents, we are introducing a new native action: Create connected card. This functionality significantly expands the orchestration capabilities of AI within Pipefy, enabling agents to not only manage an isolated workflow but also connect multiple processes end-to-end while maintaining full traceability. What’s new?AI Agents can now execute five core actions within the platform:Update card fields Create a card Move card Create a record Create a connected card (New) With this update, agents can create new cards in different pipes and automatically establish a link (connection) to the source card, ensuring that information flows between departments with full visibility. How it helpsCross-process Orchestration: connect distinct workflows, such as Sales and Finance, by creating dependent cards automatically. End-to-End Automation: enables AI to initiate new stages in secondary pipes based on the context of the primary process. Data Traceability:

OverviewManaging high-density pipes with dozens of rules can often feel like a black box. Previously, finding a specific automation meant a manual, time-consuming search. To solve this, we have rolled out improved filters in the Automations list, making it much easier to find exactly what you need, fast. What’s new?You can now instantly filter automations by three key criteria:Status: Separate active from inactive automations. Event: Filter by the trigger (e.g., when a card enters a phase). Action: Filter by the outcome (e.g., update a field). This feature is already live. Head to the Automations tab in any pipe and check out the new filter bar at the top of the list. How it helpsMaintenance Agility: Find and adjust specific rules in seconds, eliminating manual scrolling. Process Visibility: Quickly understand which automations are affecting each stage of your workflow. Error Reduction: Simplifies the auditing of duplicate or conflicting automations in complex pipes. Most relevant forPi

OverviewWe have released a productivity-focused update for the Integration Hub. The process of building and testing flows is now faster, allowing builders to navigate the interface without interrupting the sample data generation process. What’s new?Previously, when starting a test in an integration step, it was necessary to wait for it to finish before clicking on any other action. If a user navigated to another part of the flow, the ongoing test would be canceled. How it works now:Background execution: you can start testing an isolated step and freely navigate to configure the next one. Uninterrupted workflow: tests will keep running in the background while you work on other parts of the flow. How it helpsAccelerates the process of building and debugging integration flows. Eliminates idle waiting for data to load, allowing for a continuous workflow. Prevents accidental cancellation of time-consuming tests when switching between builder actions. Most relevant forIT Teams Pipe Admins De

OverviewUntil now, understanding exactly how and where your conditional fields were applied required extensive manual scrolling and mental mapping — especially as the number of conditionals grew and relying only on titles became inefficient. To address this, we have made meaningful improvements to the conditionals list based on our latest design system, bringing better accessibility and more powerful ways to audit your pipe's logic. What’s new? We’ve added two major features to help you find exactly what you are looking for: Search: quickly locate specific conditions by name without scrolling through the entire list. Field-level filtering: you can now filter conditionals based on a specific field to see exactly how it is being used — whether it is driving the condition itself or being hidden/shown by a rule.  How it helps Instantly identify every rule affecting a specific field before making changes to your process. Find and adjust visibility logic in seconds, even in pipes with doze

OverviewWe are rolling out an essential update to the CNPJ field to ensure your operations comply with the new Brazilian federal regulations taking effect in June 2026.This change focuses on data integrity and improves how information is validated and processed across our API, integrations, and user interface (UI).  What’s new?1. Strict API and integration validationThe CNPJ field will no longer accept mixed inputs (e.g., text alongside the document number). Moving forward, any input that does not follow the strict document format will trigger an INVALID_INPUT error.2. New UI mask applicationThe field display within the platform will now follow the updated regulatory format. Legacy records containing mixed data will not be deleted but may show visual inconsistencies when the new mask is applied. RecommendationsIf your integrations or automations currently use the CNPJ field to store auxiliary information (such as "Pending" status or notes), these requests will fail after the update. OverviewTo provide greater transparency and simplify AI process debugging, Agent Logs now display the agent's detailed reasoning directly within the tracing UI.This update allows you to see not just the final outcome, but the entire thought process and logic behind every action taken by the agent. What’s new?Previously, logs only showed action inputs and outputs.  With this version:The AI Agent’s "thought process" is now visible in the Agent Logs UI (V1). Audit why an agent made a specific decision or followed a certain path within the workflow. How it helpsQuickly identify if an agent misinterpreted an instruction or a specific data point. Use the reasoning visibility to fine-tune instructions (prompts) and improve agent accuracy. Provides a clear trail of how AI is operating under your company’s business rules. Availability and RolloutAvailability: this feature is now being rolled out to all users. Important: this feature is not retroactive; detailed reasoning will only be available

OverviewWe’ve evolved the Pipefy Connector within our iPaaS to make building and maintaining integrations simpler, more stable, and more efficient. These improvements bring greater predictability to development and help teams move faster when creating integration flows. What’s new Full schema visibility in getCardByIdThe getCardById action now returns the complete card structure, including all available fields, regardless of whether they currently contain values. This provides a clearer and more consistent schema view from the very beginning of the integration setup. How this helpsMakes it easier to map all fields upfront Improves consistency and predictability of the action output Speeds up integration development More flexible record updatesThe Update record action now supports more flexible updates. You can update specific fields without needing to resubmit information that isn’t part of the change, while keeping existing data intact. How this helpsSimplifies update logic in integrati

OverviewWe’ve improved Pipefy’s email infrastructure to make custom SMTP and email integrations more reliable and transparent. This update prevents silent failures and helps admins and users quickly identify when an email connection requires attention. What’s newWhen a permanent authentication issue is detected (such as invalid credentials or expired access), Pipefy now:Automatically detects the issue Stops further send attempts Clearly indicates that the configuration needs re-authentication How this works in practiceAdmin notifications: organization admins are immediately notified when an email connection breaks. Composer alerts: users see a warning in the email editor if the selected custom email requires re-authentication. Failure prevention: the system avoids repeated send attempts through invalid connections. How this helpsProvides clear visibility into email configuration health Prevents silent email delivery failures Reduces unnecessary reprocessing Improves overall reliability
