Using GraphiQL, I want to retrieve the structure of all automations created in a pipe, including the automation name, condition type, and the action it performs.

Hi everyone, I’ve been using Pipefy for managing workflows, and while it’s a fantastic tool, I’m facing an issue with notification management. Sometimes, the notifications either get overwhelming or don’t reach the right team members at the right time. Is there a way to customize notifications more effectively or integrate a third-party tool to make this process smoother? Hi guys! I’m trying to create a pipe for Purchase Order management. Our sales team would create a request and the administration team would prepare the Purchase Order for the suppliers. We have a database for the equipment for each supplier, but I’m having quite some trouble when I need to purchase more than 1 of the same item. Example: Item 1 - Supplier X - 1 unit Item 2 - Supplier X - 3 units Edit: Just to clarify, some of our POs can have 50+ items and many of them with more than 1 unit How could I handle quantity for a database connection item? Pipefy will let me pick from the equipment database, but not choose how many. Is there any common work around?

Temos na cia, um processo onde os colaboradores solicitam benefícios como vale refeição, pagamento de auxílio creche (entre outros) através de formulários em Word, Excel etc. É possível automatizar um processo de solicitação, substituindo esses formulários por um formulário on line, onde, ao final do mesmo, inserimos um termo de responsabilidade pelas informações. É possível inserir assinatura? É possível imprimir esse formulário?

One of my Pipes is about Credit Card Receipt Control. When I register future receipts, Pipefy no longer allows me to paste (ctrl v) into the add date field. I have to keep typing manually and I waste time doing that. And, because of this, since this update, Pipefy has been multiplying its launches. Ex: I register 12 future releases and Pipefy keeps multiplying some of these releases, meaning I have to manually delete them every time. I would like them to resolve this issue and allow us to paste dates into the add date field again.

Hi I have iOS version 15.8.3 installed on my smartphone, but can’t get the Pipefy app to work. I can download the app but can’t get past the “introduction” page, there is no reaction to pressing the screen or anything. Have tried deleting the app and reinstall it but doesn’t work. I have also tried the web browser version on my smartphone (different web browsers). I can login on my account but when I try to enter a pipe the page turns completely white, except a small “AI” icon in the bottom right corner. What kind of technical issue is this? Does Pipefy offer a mobile application, or is it exclusively a web-based platform?

Hi all! Actualy, I use the create cards from email but just works for fields: subject, body (message), to, from, etc. How do I populate custom fields that I already have in my pipe and exist in the initial form?

Hi everyone, I’ve been experiencing an issue with an automation rule in Pipefy. It’s supposed to trigger when a card moves to a specific phase, but it only works intermittently. I’ve double-checked the setup, and everything seems fine, yet the rule doesn’t always activate. If anyone has faced similar issues or has suggestions on how to fix this, I’d really appreciate your help. Also, if this comment could be approved for posting, I would be very grateful, as I’m hoping to resolve this issue soon. Thanks in advance!

Has anyone tried out the new beta design of Pipefy yet? I have to admit to not being impressed with parts of it. Some of what makes pipefy clean and easy to follow and work on has gone. By losing all the lines, borders and differences in background, its made it seem more messy to me. I love that they are trying to update the design, but for now it feels a little too ‘white’ and to me needs a few borders/dividers, subtle background colour changes etc

Eu quero que os filtros avançados que eu coloquei fiquem fixados (circulados em amarelo), ou seja, quem acesse não pode remover esses filtros, mas que eles possam filtrar outros campos (circulado em azul). Isso é possível?

Hi team, I’ve faced an issue regarding currency on the new portal. I set up the currency code VND but on the new-version portal, when creating a new request, it shows USD by default. Prezados, boa tarde! Gostaria de uma receita no Workato que extraia todos os registros do banco de dados chamado "CARDSCRIADOS" e os transfira para uma planilha em Excel. Essa transferência deve ocorrer a cada uma hora, atualizando a planilha com os novos dados do banco. Por exemplo, tenho um banco de dados chamado "CARDSCRIADOS". Desejo que todas as informações desse banco de dados sejam transferidas para uma planilha em Excel, utilizando o Workato. Além disso, essa planilha deve ser atualizada a cada uma hora, conforme os dados do banco de dados. Tentei criar algumas receitas mas sem sucesso. Vocês já fizeram algo parecido?

Todos os cards estão com o campo “Temperatura” preenchida e ainda sim, não atualiza no Dashboard. O que eu faço nesses casos?

The Calendar App has tremendous potential for helping focus and prioritise time-sensitive cards, based on their due date, in a busy pipe. However, because the Calendar App shows Cards which have already been completed (ie are in an End of Process Phase) then this means it’s unusable because the calendar is cluttered with Cards showing as due when in fact they’re irrelevant. You end up switching back to Kanban view to work out what needs doing! Great shame.

There are a number of limitations with PDF Generation and I wonder whether anyone can suggest how they handle particular situations. Let me explain. We’re using the PDF Generator as a means of providing data sets to external parties such as Customers. The two significant issues we’re dealing with are; Connect Field data are not available to PDFs Conditional logic cant be used on PDFs to show/hide certain data What practices have pipefy people adopted to get around these shortcomings? It isn’t possible to ‘retire’ a Pipefy DB record. We need to delete several records and reassign their connected Pipefy Cards to an alternative record. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks

Boa tarde. Temos vários pipe’s onde há responsáveis por algumas fases. Porém esses necessitam também visualizar todo o fluxo do pipe, porém colocando os mesmos como membro do pipe, acaba habilitando a opção de movimentarem os card’s para outras fases, o que na verdade tem que ser feito só pelo responsável pela fase. Existe alguma forma de que os membros possam então visualizar todo o pipe, porém não conseguir movimentar o que não estiver em sua fase?
