Fields“System” fields need to be available to Interfaces.For example, if we could include the Card URL field in an Interface “Data” element then this would preclude the need to spend lots of time creating “Record Detail Templates” which is labour intensive. Also a template doesn’t allow the user to interact with a card on a workflow (except to change field values)Data Element FiltersWe need to be able to filter out Cards which have reached an “end of process” phase.

Em interfaces, conseguir mostrar cards conectados

Tenho o seguinte cenário: um database com clientes, outro com equipamentos destes clientes e um pipe com Ordens de Serviços destes equipamentos.Já criei uma interface com um filtro para que o Cliente só veja seus dados. Esta interface já tem várias páginas com informações interessantes, mas falta uma que tenha uma lista com os equipamentos do database deste cliente (isso consegui fazer), mas que ao selecionar um equipamento ele mostre as OSs conectadas. Alguém pode me dar uma sugestão?

Acionar alerta antes do vencimento

Olá, pessoal,No nosso fluxo, precisamos que um card se mova 15 dias antes de uma data inputada ao longo do processo. Então, coloquei, além do campo em que há o input dessa data, um outro no formato “data de vencimento”, que é acompanhado de uma automação que indica que quando um alerta de vencimento é acionado, o card deve ser movido. Contudo, esse modelo acaba ficando muito manual e sujeito a erros, dado que é necessário que uma pessoa observe a data de referência, retire 15 dias, e inpute o resultado no campo data de vencimento. Há alguma forma de preencher esse campo automaticamente? Ou seja, ao preencher a data de referência d, automaticamente já seja setado como data de vencimento do card d - 15?

We’re starting to build and use Pipefy Interfaces. One of our frustrations with “Data” elements is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to allow a user to ‘launch’ a card from the element in it’s Pipe.Example ScenarioA Pipefy Interface Page contains a Data element drawn from a “Customer Enquiry Pipe” and shows all new customer enquiry cards. Ideally, we would want to be able to click on one of those cards to be taken directly to that card in the Customer Enquiry Pipe. This would allow the user either to view the card or to mode the card through the workflow.

Field ID not found by mutation, but field ID is correct...what could be happening?

Hi Pipefy team, I am automatically assigning assignee fields using a webhook target and most of the mutations work just fine except for one field (“Manager Assignee”). Here is the error message from my function. and here is the data I get back when I query the phase fields in our pipe.So clearly the field ID is correct. Why is it not recognizing this field? Any help would be much appreciated.

We are trying to embed a page from our public website link into a Pipefy Interfaces page using the Embed feature. Pipefy reports error "{www.webaddress...} refused to connect”Any ideas how to get this to work?
