Its there any way of when we answer an email to a card, the images of the signatures dont be attatched to the card every time someone tag the email?

I’ve got a bit stuck with this one in GraphQL.Background:I want to update a card which has a required connectionField (you need to create a new card, not link to an existing one). This ConnectionField is to a Pipe, where the start form has some required fields.GraphQL:I’ve been looking at using updateFieldsValues to achieve this, but don’t find how to:Update the conneciton field - which is equal to adding a new card via this connection field Filling in the required fields in this new card (so that it successfully is created)Appreciate any pointers or direction on this. If I haven’t made it clear enough please let me know, and I’ll improve the explanation.

I’ve been searching around for a couple hours and haven’t found any details about using Zapier to assign cases.  I’m attempting to use Zapier and Google Sheets and it works fine up to the point of setting the card-assignment field.  I’m trying to set the field because there is no action to assign a card, I’ve tested on setting fields but it looks like you can’t set an assignee field type.  Has anyone else run into this?  Have you found a solution?  Or is it just a limitation of Pipefy?

Is anyone else having the same problem as us?Situation: Any Custom Role we create in the Admin Dashboard has no access to Pipe Reports.How We’ve Tried adding new role via:Duplicate an existing role (e.g. Member) Start from ScratchThe Issue: No new role you create can see Reports in any Pipes. When I say an update on the card just to update the Card, all Label markings are lost. Here's the GraphiQL I'm using: mutation { updateCard( input: { id: 568589818, title: "Update Card", label_ids: ["307521167"], }, ), { clientMutationId card { id title } }} But when I want to include a new label, the previous label is lost, follow the examplemutation { updateCard( input: { id: 568589818, title: "Update Card", label_ids: ["307597207", "307597211"], }, ), { clientMutationId card { id title } }} Note that the label of the first code is not maintained, if I consult the labels of the card, only the last two will be returned ( label_ids: ["307597207", "307597211"] ) . I would just like to add the two labels and keep the old label. So the CARD would have the three labels ( label_ids: ["568589818", "307597207", "307597211"] ) Is there any way to just append labels to the CARD?  

I have a parent process in which all the information is loaded to start the process, this process goes to a child sub process in which the participants execute their task each one simultaneously in different phases, but in some phases I need to share an attached file which is loaded in the parent pipe.How can I access this attachment from the child pipe?

Is there a way to make the pipefy filters stick?Each time I refresh the filter disappears, and you have to click refresh to show the new cards just created. This wastes a lot of time.Solutions:Could we have cards not disappear when you move them to a new phase? and them appear live when you create them? This would avoid having to refresh and losing the filters

I would like to import data that fills fields across multiple phases for new cards. I.e. one row of data would be used to create a new card and also fill in data for other phases of that card at the same time - not just the start form. When I am importing data, the importer tool allows me to select these ‘extra’ fields outside the start form, but I get an error each time I select them and then attempt an import. If I only import data only for fields in the start form, then I can create cards without any problems. Am I doing something wrong or is this not possible to do right now?

Preciso tirar uma dúvida: dois setores internos, dentro de uma mesma org, mas que precisam se comunicar entre sí. Ao criar o campo “conexão”, o pipefy me da a oportunidade de fazer essa conexão. Perfeito, O problema está em caso essas duas orgs devam tratar do mesmo assunto mais que uma vez. como orquestrar isso? e em termos de sla? pq teremos mais que uma inda e vinda do card entre kanbans. Isso é muito urgente. __________________-I need to ask a question: two internal sectors, within the same org, but that need to communicate with each other. When creating the "connection" field, pipefy give me the opportunity to make this connection. Perfect, The problem is in case these two orgs should deal with the same subject more than once. how to orchestrate this? and in terms of sla? cause we will have more than one in and out of the card between kanbans. This is very urgent.  Tks! 

I see the option ‘This field is editable on other phases‘ in the phase settings for certain fields. But I do not see that option for connected fields. Is there a way to ensure that a connected field is not edited after it is added to a card?

After filling in the ‘Autofill Fields’ option for a card, the menu does not load properly when I go back to update it via the gear icon. Is this a bug or do I need to enter the menu a different way?  

I would like to update a connected pipe’s field when another field is updated. I can automatically choose a fixed field value from a connected pipe, but I cannot update any fields for the connected pipe with this automation. I’m wondering if I’ve missed something here or I’m choosing the wrong options? I’m currently using the ‘A field is updated’ - ‘Update a field’ option set for the automation. Any help is greatly appreciated.

how can I start different phases at the same time created from an initial phase.example: I have a detachment process in which I have to perform different tasks by areas, and each area has its assigned phase, how can I make them all start their phase without depending on the previous phase.what is required is that when entering the preparation phase, all the required phases can be triggered at the same time.

can you create a connection from an initial card to different phases with different people in charge of those faces and when each person finishes the assigned task it goes to a last phase?
