Solved

Hello - I have connected a Microsoft email address to Pipefy and have noticed some behavior that I do not understand.For context, I used the “Add With Microsoft” option when adding a custom email address: I selected the option to allow incoming emails to the email account create a card in the connected Pipe.  So, I can send an email to this address and observe that a card is created in my pipe.  The strange behavior manifests when I *reply* using the Pipefy tool.  I open the card, open the email, hit reply (defaulting to send as my newly added email address) and send a test message back to the original sender.  That reply is immediately added to the email thread in Pipefy as expected, so my email tab shows two (2) emails now.  Just a few seconds later, a third email will populate in Pipefy in the card, but it is a duplicate of the sent email I just sent within the tool.  *** EDIT ***Forgot to add a detail that I think matters, but unsure of why it matters.  I also have my own work addr

Olá.Estou tentando criar um card em um pipe, via API, sendo que o form inicial só tem um campo que é uma conexão com um database. A idéia é criar um card para cada linha do database, conforme uma determinada condição.No postman estou usando a seguinte mutation query:mutation {  createCard(input: {    pipe_id: 303443432,    title: "teste api",    fields_attributes:      {field_id: "estagi_rio", field_value: {          table_records:{              edges:{                  node:{                      id: "746422898",                        title: "Julia Cazarim"                        }                  }              }          }      },    }  ) {    card {      title    }  }} O payload que retorna é: "data": {        "createCard": null    },    "errors": [        {            "message": "Invalid input: estagi_rio ([{\"table_records\"=>{\"edges\"=>{\"node\"=>{\"id\"=>\"746422898\", \"title\"=>\"Julia Cazarim\"}}}}])",            "locations": [                {

Hey there, anyone knows how to delete multiple cards, by their Id, with graphQL mutation? I tried this:mutation {  deleteCard(input: {id: [751517290,751517292,751517294,751517296,751517297,751517299,751517300,751517305,751517318,751517343,751517344,751517345,751517346,751517347,751517348,751517349,751517352,751517353,751517355,751517356,751517358,751517360,751517361,751517363,751517364,751517366,751517367,751517368]}) {    success  }}and received this:{    "errors": [        {            "message": "Argument 'id' on InputObject 'DeleteCardInput' has an invalid value ([751517290, 751517292, 751517294, 751517296, 751517297, 751517299, 751517300, 751517305, 751517318, 751517343, 751517344, 751517345, 751517346, 751517347, 751517348, 751517349, 751517352, 751517353, 751517355, 751517356, 751517358, 751517360, 751517361, 751517363, 751517364, 751517366, 751517367, 751517368]). Expected type 'ID!'.",            "locations": [                {                    "line": 3,

Oi, pessoal.

On top of the Ideas-page , there is the “Ideas pipeline”, where the status of a few ideas is listed. My question is, why this pipeline does not list all ideas (i.e.: the pipeline currently shows 25 submitted, 4 under consideration, 9 released, of a total of 123 ideas)?Is it just because it would not look as good if there were 108 submitted ideas vs. 9 released and 4 under consideration (and 2 new)?

Olá, preciso enviar email’s via api, utilizando os templates de email’s configurados no pipe mas só fazendo o teste de envio simples sem utilizar template nenhum, sempre me retorna o mesmo erro.O que há de errado com o código?O código que estou utilizando é similar a esse:mutation{  createInboxEmail(input:{    card_id: 123    from: "email@test.com"    subject:"teste envio email"    text:" teste de email 123"    to: "email@test.com"  }) {    inbox_email{      id      state    }  } }E a resposta de erro é a seguinte:{  "data": {    "createInboxEmail": null  },  "errors": [    {      "message": "Pipe or organization not found",      "locations": [        {          "line": 2,          "column": 3        }      ],      "path": [        "createInboxEmail"      ],      "code": 30003,      "type": "ResourceNotFoundError"    }  ]}

Cordialmente,Kayo Raphael - Time de Marketing Focosmais

I need a way to transfer information from one card in “pipe A” to a new card in “pipe B” using an automation without the parent/child relationship. Can someone help me with this please?

Hello,I’m wondering if I’m missing some setting or if it’s actually not working, but I’m having trouble changing the text of my Create a Card button for pipe/database connections. When I open the form individually, the text is correct, but when I’m using a parent form that has a connection to it, the text is back to the default value.The button to create the pipe connection on the parent formPipe connection when expanded, the blue button has the default text.Form when acessed directly

A requisição é a seguinte: let    Cabecalho = [        #"Method" = "POST",        #"Accept" = "application/json",        #"Content-Type" = "application/json",        #"Authorization" = "Bearer Token”    ],    Corpo = Text.ToBinary(        "{""mutation"": ""{ exportPipeReport (input: { pipeId: #########, pipeReportId: ********* }) { pipeReportExport { id } } }""}"    ),     Requisicao = Web.Contents(        URL,        [            Headers = Cabecalho,             Content = Corpo        ]    ),    Resposta = Json.Document(Requisicao)in    Resposta Estou recebendo a seguinte mensagem como resposta: DataSource.Error: Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://api.pipefy.com/graphql' (500): Internal Server ErrorDetails:    DataSourceKind=Web    DataSourcePath=https://api.pipefy.com/graphql    Url=https://api.pipefy.com/graphql

Por lá o Make informa este erro:  The operation failed with an error. Function 'arrayToObject' finished with error!

I’m trying to create a card via API in a pipe that has many required fields in the form. I already tried a lot of things, mapped all the ids and the formats i should build the payload. Even with the connector’s fields, that i’m using the record id to send the value that i want. But, i still get an error and i can’t figure out what it says to me or what should i change. My query looks like:mutation MyQuery {  createCard(    input: {pipe_id: "12345678", fields_attributes: [                 {field_id: “xxxxx”, field_value: “yyyy”},                  {field_id: “xxxxx”, field_value: “yyyy”}              ]           }        )   {    clientMutationId  }}  And the error: {  "data": {    "createCard": null  },  "errors": [    {      "message": "Something went wrong",      "locations": [        {          "line": 2,          "column": 3        }      ],      "path": [        "createCard"      ]    }  ]}  Pls, i need help on this

Hello,          I’m using the software as a business process.  I want to be able to create and print invoices per card.  Our invoicing is simple.  We have about 7-10 different prices per units.My questions are:Is there a way to have a simple math function?  Such as so many units times a preset price? Is there a way to create a PDF that has said math function? Is there a way to create a document instead of PDF, so that it can be manually edited? Is there a way to have an end of process email a PDF invoice?  When card enters a certain phase?

Hi, or I’m missing something or the docs about api usage limits are outdated, let me explain.I’m on the starter (free) plan while evaluating the usage of Pipefy for my business and the integration (api) part of this is crucial for us.On the free tier I already did much more than 20 api call in a month as mention on this doc as a limit.https://help.pipefy.com/en/articles/5580799-how-to-use-pipefy-s-api#h_a506831afcIs this right?As on the below link there is no way to check programmatically how is my monthly usage (this is bad, very bad)Any Pipefy master could clarify this for me?Thank you!

Hello, I'm trying to do a connection with Zapier, but when doing it it's saying that there is no data on my Database. Could you help me with it?

Então a automação, vai criar o cadastro.

Hello all !I have a problem with the shared Inbox feature that I want to share with you.When one of my agents answer a client a new card is create. For example:client 1 → pipe email 1 received  → card A is createdagent answer pipe email 1 → card B is created The expected was:agent answer pipe email 1 → the answer keeps below card A And the reason I think this happens as you can see in the below image is when I answer an email the pipe e-mail address is on copy and triggers the creation of a new card.  Any help there? For me, it doesn´t make any sense to put the destination e-mail (pipe's email) in copy on a reply. Thank you!

I am trying to acces pipefy data through the API, however, I am not able no find my organization ID or my pipe ID anywhere, I am just missing those to finish everything. Thanks,Leo

Hi guys!I have superadmin permission and when I make the API call I get back only the IDs of the Pipes I am part of. The others in the organization are not listed.Does anyone know what this could be?  We have tried with another superadmin account and it is inside a Pipe, the return of the ID is also only from this pipe it is part of.Currently we have more than 200.

Hello!Can I send an email via API as a reply to the previously received e-mail?For example, I´d receive and email from client@exemple.com with the subject "Need your help" and tried to reply using the api as follow: mutation { createInboxEmail( input: { repo_id: [pipe_id] card_id: [card_id] subject: "Re: Need your help", from: "pipe[pipe_id]+[card_id]@mail.pipefy.com" to: "[address I'd received the email from]", html: "<b>just a reply test</b>", } ) { inbox_email { id, state } }} But at least on my Gmail I receive the answer in a new thread not as a reply on the previous one.Any idea? Thanks!
