Hi guys! I’m trying to create a pipe for Purchase Order management. Our sales team would create a request and the administration team would prepare the Purchase Order for the suppliers.We have a database for the equipment for each supplier, but I’m having quite some trouble when I need to purchase more than 1 of the same item. Example:Item 1 - Supplier X - 1 unitItem 2 - Supplier X - 3 units Edit: Just to clarify, some of our POs can have 50+ items and many of them with more than 1 unit How could I handle quantity for a database connection item?Pipefy will let me pick from the equipment database, but not choose how many. Is there any common work around?

One of my Pipes is about Credit Card Receipt Control. When I register future receipts, Pipefy no longer allows me to paste (ctrl v) into the add date field. I have to keep typing manually and I waste time doing that. And, because of this, since this update, Pipefy has been multiplying its launches. Ex: I register 12 future releases and Pipefy keeps multiplying some of these releases, meaning I have to manually delete them every time. I would like them to resolve this issue and allow us to paste dates into the add date field again.

HiI have iOS version 15.8.3 installed on my smartphone, but can’t get the Pipefy app to work. I can download the app but can’t get past the “introduction” page, there is no reaction to pressing the screen or anything. Have tried deleting the app and reinstall it but doesn’t work.  I have also tried the web browser version on my smartphone (different web browsers). I can login on my account but when I try to enter a pipe the page turns completely white, except a small “AI” icon in the bottom right corner.  What kind of technical issue is this?  Thanks in advance for your help! 

Does Pipefy offer a mobile application, or is it exclusively a web-based platform?

Hi all!Actualy, I use the create cards from email but just works for fields: subject, body (message), to, from, etc.How do I populate custom fields that I already have in my pipe and exist in the initial form?

Hi everyone,I’ve been experiencing an issue with an automation rule in Pipefy. It’s supposed to trigger when a card moves to a specific phase, but it only works intermittently. I’ve double-checked the setup, and everything seems fine, yet the rule doesn’t always activate.If anyone has faced similar issues or has suggestions on how to fix this, I’d really appreciate your help. Also, if this comment could be approved for posting, I would be very grateful, as I’m hoping to resolve this issue soon.Thanks in advance!

Has anyone tried out the new beta design of Pipefy yet? I have to admit to not being impressed with parts of it. Some of what makes pipefy clean and easy to follow and work on has gone. By losing all the lines, borders and differences in background, its made it seem more messy to me.I love that they are trying to update the design, but for now it feels a little too ‘white’ and to me needs a few borders/dividers, subtle background colour changes etc

Hi team, I’ve faced an issue regarding currency on the new portal. I set up the currency code VND but on the new-version portal, when creating a new request, it shows USD by default. We did not face this issue with the old-version portal.Thanks to check and give feedback. The Calendar App has tremendous potential for helping focus and prioritise time-sensitive cards, based on their due date, in a busy pipe.However, because the Calendar App shows Cards which have already been completed (ie are in an End of Process Phase) then this means it’s unusable because the calendar is cluttered with Cards showing as due when in fact they’re irrelevant. You end up switching back to Kanban view to work out what needs doing!Great shame.

There are a number of limitations with PDF Generation and I wonder whether anyone can suggest how they handle particular situations.Let me explain.We’re using the PDF Generator as a means of providing data sets to external parties such as Customers. The two significant issues we’re dealing with are;Connect Field data are not available to PDFs Conditional logic cant be used on PDFs to show/hide certain dataWhat practices have pipefy people adopted to get around these shortcomings?Thanks

It isn’t possible to ‘retire’ a Pipefy DB record.We need to delete several records and reassign their connected Pipefy Cards to an alternative record.Is there an easy way to do this?Thanks

Another Pipefy system instability impacting our ability to do business with our customers.We’ve discovered this morning that Field Validations on public forms are no longer working correctly. Typing any character or characters into a validated field on a public form immediately throws a validation error.For example, when attempting to type an email address into an email field, Pipefy throws the message “invalid email format” immediately after every single character is entered.This is happening for fields which have Custom Validations.Please could community users test this on their own forms and report the issue to Pipefy Support, hopefully to expedite a fix.

I see this was a problem previously but I am experiencing this with my first connection. When you select create a card the field options are in Portugese. Both my pipes are in English. Any suggestions?

I’m using a Pipe Connection Field for the first time in one of my Start Forms and I’ve noticed something odd. In the public form, the cards listed in the dropdown have the date and phase listed in Portuguese rather than English.  As far as I know, all my settings are set to English, but maybe I missed one somewhere? For clarification, this is how I’ve configured the field: 

We noticed that when the user creates a card via the application (Android or iOS), in the my requests area of ​​the application and also in the web tool, it does not appear for monitoring.Now the cards opened by the web tool are listed normally.
