Olá, comunidade! Tudo certo? Acredito que seria interessante ter um campo de envio de e-mails. Ao invés de utilizarmos somente a aba superior de E-mail, teríamos a possibilidade criar, nas fases, um campo de E-mail em que o usuário poderia utilizar um template ou criar do zero.A ideia desse campo, seria similar à ideia de um campo de conexão. Ao criar o campo, poderíamos configurar um template prévio, por exemplo, a ser utilizado neste campo. E desta forma, seria possível utilizar isso como uma tarefa. Então ao invés de termos, por exemplo, um campo de checklist em que o usuário marca uma tarefa “Proposta enviada para o cliente”, nós teríamos um campo de envio de email para o cliente já mandar a proposta com o template correto. Enfim, espero que tenha ficado compreensível a ideia e espero um feedback de vocês. Um abraço!
I recently noticed that there was a change in the billing page.Before this change, the most recent invoices appeared first (on the first pages) and now to view them it is necessary to navigate through all the previous pages until you find the last invoice.The suggestion is to order the invoices keeping the most recent ones first. Previously in PIpefy, if you used the date/timestamp field, it would default to the current time. Now it defaults to 12:00 am and users have to take the time to enter the time. It’s unnecessaryily tedious and time consuming on pipes with a lot of activity and a lot of cards.
Hi doers! I’m modeling a new pipe to manage some recurring activities that can be scheduled automatically based on the conclusion of a step of the process. To be more specific when a card leaves a phase.The only action available to the trigger "when a card leaves a phase" is to send an email but I believe we would benefit from a wider range of actions. It would be a great solution to create a new card in the pipe when the main card leaves a specific phase. I tried to configure a field in the phase to trigger the automation but some information and data to set the recurring activity are filled in the same phase and I can’t use it to fill the new card.If anyone has thoughts to workaround this limitation, let me know.
Hello, I would like to ask for a functionality that allows to set specific team member(s) as responsible(s) for a particular item on the checklist in a card. It´s specially useful to create fewer card when managing projects or sprints with a team. Hey folks!I have a suggestion to get Cards from Pipefy. I would like to suggest that in the search filter, an option to search by ID number be included. Today the search is only carried out. Including this option it would be possible to find the entire history of that Card, to be used in an audit for example. I used the suggestion to generate the report, but the report separates into pages, and it is also not possible to search by ID. I hope I have given you a good idea, and that it will be implemented in Pipefy. It would be very useful for me and certainly for other users.
It would be really, really helpful to have a much improved main “home” screen where all pipes are visible. Once you get beyond 2-3 rows of pipes, I think my firm is up to 6 or more now, it’s really unmanageable. We need some type of folder or other organizational structure. We would prefer to organize ours by company-defined department names. It is simply too difficult and time consuming to easily find a pipe, especially for users that work in many pipes every day, they have too many that are “favorites”.
The font size for headers and forms in a portal is quite small. Having it larger by default would be nice, but even better would be to have the option to change the font size ourselves based on the amount of content in any given portal or our business preferences.
Hi I don’t know the reasons, but the Pipefy form is very narrow. Is possible to enlarge the form? Thanks.
Olá, trabalho com um numero grande de e-mails para autrizações de processos nos Pipes. Porém sempre tenho que abrir o card para ver se algum e-mail foi recebido. Seria muito interessante poder ter essa informação sem ter que abrir o card.

Hi The product team could create a way to hide this things below based on role.Permit only Admins to show that for troubleshooting, but hide for member or create a role as user, as someone can’t to change any infrastructure object. This things still permit access for all. Thanks

In the Mobile App, phone numbers and email addresses cannot be called or emailed, and there is not cut and paste option. Also, ‘sort by’ categories on the web app should be editable.
When sending email using Email Templates we can fill the TO, CC or BCC fields with dynamic fields. But it wold be very nice if we could use dynamic fields when sending blank emails from inside the card inbox. Other nice feature would be search all email fields of the card when typing in TO, CC or BCC. That way if we have stakeholders email filled in any card field we could use it.
I believe that it could bring some gain being able to customize URL address for public forms like it’s possible for Portals.
I would like to be able to resize the width of my phase buckets and cards, I think it could also be useful if I could color the entire phase rather than just the title. See below for reference:

I am new around here and therefore I am not sure if this is the right place to post this kind of issue.During the use of new Pipefy version (which I am loving), I found a bug (which is more than expected in the beta version ) I have a Connection Field inside my "CONTACTS" Database to search and / or create the company which the contact works for in another Database called “COMPANIES", but when clicking on "Register new lead / company ", it is opening the search field in an "non impracticable" way as shown in the print below: When I click on ‘Search Records”, it opens the list of companies already registered, but without a scroll bar so I can’t browse the list or go to the top where the button to register a new one is usually located, as shown below: I hope I contributed through this notification.Hugs
