Hello, every 15 days I use the importer app to upload a XLS file to my pipe in order to work on pending orders collection of customers. I have a database on Pipefy that has all the customer types/categories (let’s say “Customer A”, “Customer B”, etc.) Whenever I try to upload that file into Pipefy, I get an error message that the importer cannont overwrite the Database. The input from my excel file customer type column is exactly the same than the one in the database (i.e. “Customer A” in excel file = “Customer A” in DB registry)I would appreciate any guidance on this. Thanks,Chris

Could someone help clarify terminology on “Advanced Options” for a Connection Field on a Pipe Phase Am I correct in thinking that the Pipe Phase Card is the “parent card” and any cards associated with it in this pipe or any other pipe are “connected card”? Thanks

Is it possible to export Pipefy Cards to Word Doc ?Perhaps some kind of integration or automation that enables automatic transfer of information from Pipefy cards to a word document each card.

RequirementThere are many circumstances where a Card needs to flow into several Phases at the same time so that the card can be worked on by multiple people at the same time for different purposes. There are also circumstances where parallel flows need to operate dynamically based on field conditions (see my separate post here ProblemCurrently Pipefy Flows are linear so a card must exit one Phase before it can be worked on in another. Hi Everyone!I was wondering if it’s possible to attach a document uploaded on one of my cards in my pipe as an email template?I know that you can use the Dynamic Field to get the link to the document, but what I really need is the document attached to the email, not the link to the file.I don’t know much about integrations, so maybe there’s something in that area that could help me. Thank you all!

Hi, Is there a way to give Member only able to create new pipe and database, can view and access all public pipes but cant see other pipes or either Company guest buy can access pipes but cant see other pipes

Hi team,As I know so far, Pipefy does not support section field in a form. Because our form is quite long, right now, I’m using dynamic fields to break the form and make it more clear & friendly.However, when the form is submitted and a card is created, the dynamic field no longer exists, which leads to our data long and hard to follow. Is there any way you can suggest me to address this problem? Thank you!

I have an automation that moves the parent card to DONE whenever the child card (in another pipe) is moved to DONE. This is the automation (as simple as it gets)   But for some reason and somehow, whenever the child card is moved to DONE, the parent card is moved TWICE do DONE (how is that even possible? no idea) It’s not a big deal, but I have another automation that sends a Slack notification when the parent card is moved to done, and this makes this automation send the message twice - which is quite annoying What could be causing this? I don’t know what I am doing wrong! 

Hello -I have a question if it is possible to add an image to a dynamic field on my phase form?  I have reviewed a help article that suggests that I can copy/paste my image file into the dynamic field, but that process does not seem to work.  When copying the image, I get an icon that says “PNG File” and does not actually display the image.  It is the same if I use other image type files.For context, my pipe is exposing the inbox phase form to a customer, and I have 9 fields that are pre-populated with data unique to the customer who has just received my phase form link.  We would very much like to include our company logo on the web page when the customer clicks the link (Just like how you can add a logo and background to your start form).  Hoping this is possible, and if not, I am open to suggestions or hearing how others might have addressed such an issue.Thanks!James

 Hi Pipefy Communtiy,Can someone please explain what the “synchronize card's field with this fixed field” setting does. I’m confused about what this means. I have a phase field that is being automatically updated and I can’t figure out why, none of the automations are changing that field. Could this setting be why? 

Hi Pipefy,Does Pipefy notify users of outages, or keep track of outages in general. Do you log them somewhere for users to see? Just curious

I have seen a few topics over a a couple of years about Pipefy emails going to spam or being auto blocked and the team always say “We will chat to technical support”. Why is this still a thing, years later

Hi all,I cannot explain me why, on certain cards a connected field appears (kanban view) but not on others…Those fields appears suddenly without any capability to change or move it...When i’m opening the card, field appears on the top of the card, with no capability to delete or move it.Does anybody know what could be the reason of the placement of this field here ?In fact i want to understand how it has been created to reproduce this field on other cards...Thanks a lot

Hi Team,I want to explore the pipefy as this is low code no code application where we can do the multiple things automate. It would be really great if it will guide me how I can achieve my self learning assignment though this Pipefy Tool.Import CSV and Excel file in pipefy : I tried to do this with importer application However, It only allow to import the Excel files. We need to do the Header mapping as headers are not in same order so, how can we achieve this through Pipefy. Once header mapping done then we need to store the each files of data into 2 tables in 1 Database : I am able to store data into Database through Excel sheet. however, for csv it is still question and header mappping once data is stored into 2 tables I have to compare 2 tables and findout the difference and stored it into the 3rd Table of that database. Once 3rd table created I need to export the 3rd table records. Can Anyone of your community will let me know how I can achieve this as I am exploring this things o

Is it possible to show two dates on the calendar view? In our process, we have a Project Completion date and a Project Implementation date. Both dates are important, and it would be great to see them both in the Calendar view. Is it possible? Is it something that can be added? Thanks

Is there no way to create an automation where the movement of a parent card triggers the movement of a child card? It sems like a such a logical feature to have, but I can´t find it on Pipefy

Hi all.  I’ve noticed that when using email templates to people outside my organization, it has the Pipefy logo on the top of the email, fairly large display.  Is there any way to remove this or make it smaller and it put below the content?

Hi everyone, i have a Question, how can i create a card in a specfil phase in another pipe using an automatization? 

I am trying to update all my email templates with the US ET zone. I have tried a few different options and am currently using (GMT-5:OO) EST but the time is showing 5 hours ahead of my time in Michigan, USA. Any ideas?
