Solved

Hello,I've begun some PHP integrations to extract statistics from Pipefy, using this query: $query = <<<GRAPHQL    {        pipe(id: xxxxxxxxx) {             phases {                name                cards(first: 100) {                     edges {                        node {                            id                            fields {                                name                                value                            }                            assignees {                                name                            }                        }                    }                }            }        }    }    GRAPHQL; The data is being displayed in a vertical menu format, and it's working wonderfully. However, there's one issue: a specific phase only shows a maximum of 30 records. I understand this is due to an API pagination limitation, but I need a workaround. For instance, if we have 100 cards in one phase, how can I retrieve all of them?  How do

Hi everyone, i have a Question, how can i create a card in a specfil phase in another pipe using an automatization?

I am trying to update all my email templates with the US ET zone. I have tried a few different options and am currently using (GMT-5:OO) EST but the time is showing 5 hours ahead of my time in Michigan, USA. Any ideas?

Is there a way to apply a permanent filter for all database members? I have some fields that we would rarely need to see in the database, and some fields that are just static images/separators. I would love to be able to permanently filter those to not show.

\Our subscription plan is Business , but now the PIPEFy informs that we have exceed starter plan. Any solution please?

Hi there!I would like to share my experience with the search functionality in Pipefy. Recently, I have been facing difficulty in searching for text in any field of my databases. It seems that the search feature has been limited to only searching within the title field. As someone who relies heavily on the search function to quickly locate specific information in my databases, this has caused a lot of inconvenience for me. I have tried various methods to work around this issue, but none of them have been successful.I believe that it should be possible to search for text in all fields of the databases, and I would appreciate it if Pipefy could provide a solution to this problem. It would greatly improve my experience with the platform and save me a lot of time and effort.I am reaching out to the Pipefy community to see if anyone else has faced a similar issue with the search functionality. If you have any suggestions or workarounds that you have found to be helpful, please do share them w

Hello,I would like to know if there's a way to integrate specific Pipefy report data into Power BI using M language of Power Query. In the API reference, there are options for Report Query and Export Report. However, the Report Query only returns the report properties (ID, name, field names), and the Export Query generates a URL to download the report ( Would I still need to continue to upload it manually? )

It would be great if there was an easy way to test automated emails.Like clicking a button as an exampleIt’s always good to double check that the card and subsequent card phase links translate to the end user as intendedHas anyone created  a nice quick workflow for this?

Hello ! since yesterday an issue appears in our scenarios plugged with make integration. Apparently, you did something to your GraphQL response that returns null values when not set. Please investigate and provide a fix ASAP because all our operationnal workflows are down...

Hi Everyone How can I update a deadline field automatically, I want that when a card enters in a phase with this field, this field automatically update to + 1 day

Why do some pipes in a portal open in the same window and others open in a new window?

My research shows that using javascript will let you click on a ‘card’ in the interface and it acts as a hyperlink to the actual corresponding card and pipe, but it sounded like I would just be using javascript to access the corresponding card and database as a supplement to clicking on the interface segment - which looks very clickable as mouse-hover-over highlights the ‘card’ (or the card as viewed in the interface)Does anyone know if we can make the input “mouse click" open link (link being the card) to make managing every pipe from a macro level easier with the database? And if this isn’t possible, it’s a valuable feature for an update: having an overall view of every task in every pipe and being able to access it by either left clicking or right clicking and choosing ‘open link in new tab’ would create a sort of executive management feature(There isn’t even a ‘tag’ for Interface in this forum)

I have a list with all the pipe ids I have to process (as numbers, like the pipe url), but when I send the request via webhook, the pipe_id arrives as some kind of hash.My webhook configuration:mutation {createWebhook(input:{clientMutationId: "1",actions: ["card.create", "card.move"],name: "Integration Name",email: "email@email.com",pipe_id: 302682925url: "https://...",}){  clientMutationId}}And this is what I'm receiving in my API:{ "Data": { "Action": "card.move", "From": { "Id": 123123, "Name": "phase 1" }, "To": { "Id": 321321, "Name": "phase 2" }, "MovedBy": { "Id": 123, "Name": "Usar Name", "Username": "user-name", "Email": "email@email.com", "AvatarUrl": "https://..." }, "Card": { "Id": 123123, "Title": "Test title", "PipeId": "2jz9X0eK" } }}This "PipeId": "2jz9X0eK" needs be the pipe number (302682925).How can I retrieve this information in the correct format?

Hi Everyone, how can i make a backups of my pipes and data bases?

Hello, I’m look for a solution similar to the query findCard bellow, but to get IDs from records in apollo databases. Is there a way to get the ID passing as parameters like fields and fields values?     query GetCardIdByFieldValue($pipeId: ID!, $fieldId: String!, $fieldValue: String!) {        findCards(            pipeId: $pipeId            search: {                fieldId: $fieldId,                fieldValue: $fieldValue            }        ) {            edges {                node {                    id                }            }        }    }
