Ao usar uma condicional e selecionar o Responsável pela tarefa, a lista não fica em ordem alfabética, dificultando demais o processo de escolher o responsável:  Um simples ajuste na consulta SQL dessa tela apresentaria os usuários em ordem alfabética facilitando a configuração de relatórios em empresas com muitos usuários, como a nossa. Obrigado

Olá, pessoal!Tenho um processo no Pipefy onde cada card representa uma infração cometida por um motorista, e no formulário inicial eu tenho os campos:  *Nome do Motorista *Empresa do Motorista *Placa do Veículo *Total de Pontos Minha ideia é somar automaticamente os pontos de todos os cards relacionados a um mesmo motorista e, quando essa soma atingir 50 pontos, quero receber uma notificação/alerta. Alguém já fez algo parecido?Agradeço desde já pela ajuda! 🙏

Boa noite!Estou trabalhando com 2 pipes, um público (formulário inicial apenas), onde um dos campos é de anexo e obrigatório, e o outro interno.Meu cenário é: campo de anexo obrigatório no Pipe Público, para o cliente anexar o arquivo correspondente.Pipe Interno, eu tenho uma automação que é: quando um card é criado (Formulário interno), ele cria uma cópia no Pipe Público, mas neste caso não tem o anexo. Como eu posso configurar, alguém sabe?

Eu estou com uma integração com uma planilha no sheets, puxando dados do pipefy. Infelizmente alguns dados não foram puxados tem alguns dias, gostaria de puxar esses dados retroativos. Sabem como posso fazer isso?

Hi, I would love to send data from Pipefy to PowerBi and have interactive dashboards to keep track of my processes SLAs. Does any one here ever done that? 

Pipefy Automations don’t limit me when inputting formulas for the formula automation.That makes me a bit confused, since I cannot imagine how certain things work, and I would be thankful for clear description. Example of where the confusion comes in:Let’s say I have a pipe, Sales, and a connected Database, Products, each with a price and a quantity. Consequently, for a card in Sales with multiple Products, one can argue price and quantity to be vectors. If I do SUM(MULTIPLY(price, quantity)), do I get the toal price of a card in Sales with all the connected Products, or does it work differently and e.g. MULTIPLY does a cross product rather than a component-wise multipication?And what if I say I have two connected databases with different numbers of entries, i.e., I separate Products and Quantity into two databases and the user can select just one Product but multiple quantities – does the product price vector automatically scale to the size of the

Greetings, dear team! I would like to use Pipefy to manage reimbursement requests for the non-governmental organization I am part of. I will be the only administrator, and I will handle a maximum of 200 reimbursement request cards per year.To achieve this, I created a simple process in Pipefy with three email automation rules to notify collaborators whether their reimbursement request was approved, rejected, or has been processed/deposited.However, I noticed that after sending around three of these automated emails in a single day, the free version of Pipefy simply stops functioning. From that point on, none of the collaborators who submitted reimbursement requests receive any email updates regarding their status (approved, rejected, processed), and as the administrator of the reimbursement process, I receive the following email: “You have exceeded the daily free plan quota for sending emails. Temos alguns pipe’s onde um mesmo usuário pode ser o responsável por duas fases, mas só recebe o aviso de ser responsável uma vez.Exemplo, a nossa superintendente é supervisora de alguma pessoas que definem ela como responsável pela primeira fase do pipe.Depois o card percorre entre outras fases e na última fase, a superintendente também é responsável por analisar todos os card’s, porém nessa última fase ela não recebe o alerta do pipe.  

I want my organization to be able to see their assignments (tasks, requests, etc.) in one location.  I would like them to be able to use their Pipefy Dashboard to be their one place to see information including their Tasks and Requests.  I cannot find a way of adding a person’s Tasks and Requests to their Dashboard.  This seems like an obvious and foreseeable ask but cannot find information on this?  What am  I missing?  Thank you.

I have a form that is 100% anonymous, and I’ve been using the public link for people to fill it out. Until now, it worked even for those who were logged in, and the card would be created under Pipebot.However, today I noticed that the public link's background was not the one I set—it displayed the new portals instead. Additionally, when I opened a card, it was no longer anonymous.This is likely a bug, and I have reported it, but I still wanted to mention it here….

I know this has been asked before but I’m just wondering if it has been implemented and added to the API. Is there a way to get the activity center, where comments, audit trail, etc are on a card, are they available via the API? i.e. can this info be pushed into another system?

We have a Pipe “Customers” which contains all our customers (synchronised automatically from our CRM).We have a Pipe “Customer Enquiry” which customers use (via public Form) to submit a new enquiry.To save time for repeat customers when placing an enquiry, we want to allow them to pick their details from the “Customers” pipe *and* have the data from the “Customers” pipe prefill certain fields in the “Customer Enquiry” pipe (Name, Business Address etc).When we include a “Customers” Pipe Connection in the “Customer Enquiry” Pipe, it seems we can only configure prefill to work from Customer Enquiry into Customers rather than the other way around?Am I missing something here? Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hi guys / @claudia-bar , @thassia, @marcosmelo , @amanda-dianni are we able to change phases via the email alone?  For instance the CEOs of the company will not have time to go in the app & would like to either approve or reject request on the email (email will have the relevant information to make informed decision), which will move the card to the next phase.

Hello! Currently we are experiencing a problem using Pipefy platform, the system says that we have 4 / 2 interfaces used in the Starter plan, but we didn’t use Interfaces at all. When opening the Interface panel, it is empty. (see picture below) Later we discovered that we dont have a SuperAdmin role assigned to anyone, can that be the reason we cannot see these 4 interfaces that were allegedly created? Please help, the AI chat bot you provided obviously doesnt have the answers needed.  Thanks in advance. Max

Boa tarde.Temos um pipe que durante o seu desenvolvimento foi definido que só algumas pessoas poderiam acessar o formulário inicial, assim nas configurações foi definida a opção para não ficar aberto para toda a empresa e foram definidas as pessoas com acesso ao formulário inicial.Porém agora foi definido que será aberto esse formulário para todos, mas agora ao clicar no link público ele não está ativo e não aparece aquele botão para ativar ou desativar o formulário público como existia antigamente conforme me lembro.
