Another super usar cannot see my work

Hi everyone, here's a question, I have a company with a pipe and a database that I created, in the company we are 2 super users but when I create a pipe the other super user cannot see it if I don't make him a member of the pipe and he also cannot see the records within the database if I do not make him a member. What could be the problem?

How to test the creation of connected cards using autofill
How to test the creation of connected cards using autofill

Have you ever had a card that should have created a “connected card” or a “new card” from an automation but didn’t?  It’s not frequent, but it can happen. Most of the time, the problem is in the card and/or fields. For that reason, today I am going to teach a trick on how to use autofill to check if there are any errors on your card preventing your “connected card” automation to run. First of all, you need to check if the autofill is enabled and set on the connection “advanced options”. If not, you need to set that autofill and match the fields with their correspondence in the origin pipe, just like you did with the automation. Once all the fields that are going to be filled automatically with the automation are matched in the autofill settings, it’s time to access the connection through the parent card and “try” to create a child card manually. If there is an error like, for instance, mandatory fields not being filled the connection will show where the error is and will prevent you

A hyperlink for the phase form link

I would like to create an email template that includes a hyperlink to get to the phase form. I know how to do this without creating an automated email template, but it would be nice to do this with automated email templates. Right now, I’m only able to show the lengthy task links in the email template. My suppliers and users would feel more comfortable if they received an email with a hyperlink instead (i.e. “click this link” to submit details) Long story, short I’m suggesting that there be a way to make phase-form links (aka task links) into hyperlinks on email templates. Any help, suggestions, or ideas for this?

Esconder Pesquisa nos cards conectados com Database

Estou tem um Pipe conectado a um database de usuários e quero ocultar na pesquisa os usuários que já não se encontram mais na empresa e estão com status de inativo dentro do database  Exemplo: Banco de dados de ‘’Usuários’’ está conectado ao Pipe de ‘’pedidos de compra’’no campo ‘’solicitante’’ . Assim acabando mostrando todo registros do banco.

Selection of a Date from a calendar does not close the field

Hello: I’d like to ask about using the “Date” Field Type.In two locations on my pipe, the User is requested to provide a Date by selecting (clicking on) a date in a displayed calendar.My question is: Can it be configured so that when a date has been selected, the calendar will clear from the current view?At the moment, in both of the Date fields on my Pipe, the User needs to click somewhere other than the calendar to clear the calendar from the current view, and continue on with the form.In the example attached, today’s date (03OCT2023) has been selected, but the October calendar is still dormant. Thanks! Andrew

How to get account unlocked?

Apologies in advance if this is not the right place to ask this. I’ve sent several messages via the messaging bot but have not made any progress yet - so I’m not sure how else to elevate this.My free account was recently locked due to making too many pipes. Of the messages I have sent via bot, one was replied to where I was told that my account was unlocked. But I am still unable to access any of my pipes.As I understand it, I have less than 24 hours now to delete the extra pipes. But I can’t access them to make the necessary fixes or export my data.Is there something else I should do?

offering tasks to a group of workers

Hi all,I have a group of workers and a stream of tasks arriving by email.  Assume workers are happy responding to emails and that they can only work on one task at a time.  I want the workflow to give each worker the Subject of the email and the ability to take the task, ignore it or reject it. But I also want to prevent more than one worker working on a task at the same time. Are there any examples around that implement anything similar in pipefy?James

API creates card with wrong title

I am trying to create a new card through the API, but it creates a new card with a wrong title. Example request I sent through postman. As you can see, the created card has the title “Value 2”, which is one of the field attributes and not the desired title “New cardee”

Billing Issyue

I missed making the last invoice payment due to some issues with my card, and my account has been blocked since Wednesday. We promptly made the payment using an alternative card when we realized the account was blocked. However, my account remains inactive as of today. Could you kindly inform me about the typical resolution time for such issues?

Adicionar etiqueta via API sem apagar etiquetas antigas

Oi! Eu preciso add uma etiqueta via API, porém quando faço isso ela substitui as etiquetas existentes por essa nova.Já fiz o teste desmarcando no campo de etiqueta a opção “Sincronizar campos do card com este campo fixo”. Quando fiz isso, as etiquetas não foram substituídas, no entanto, a nova etiqueta não aparece lá em cima no card fechado… Ou seja, também não resolveu meu problema.Existe alguma forma de fazer isso?

Gmail by cardbox similar solution

Hi there, anyone knows about a solution on pipefy that works like Gmail by Cardbox on Trello? Explaining: On gmail by Cardbox you can connect your gmail account and attach a email or several ones on a card. By then that email gets sincronized.
