Hi Pipefy team, We’ve faced a problem regarding “Submit another response” with new portal:In our form setting, we turn on “Submit another response” property.Howerver, after submitting a new card on the new portal, it doesn’t show the action for users to create another response.This only happens to the new portal. We did not have it with the old portal feature. Please help to check. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Greetings, dear team! I would like to use Pipefy to manage reimbursement requests for the non-governmental organization I am part of. I will be the only administrator, and I will handle a maximum of 200 reimbursement request cards per year.To achieve this, I created a simple process in Pipefy with three email automation rules to notify collaborators whether their reimbursement request was approved, rejected, or has been processed/deposited.However, I noticed that after sending around three of these automated emails in a single day, the free version of Pipefy simply stops functioning. From that point on, none of the collaborators who submitted reimbursement requests receive any email updates regarding their status (approved, rejected, processed), and as the administrator of the reimbursement process, I receive the following email: “You have exceeded the daily free plan quota for sending emails. Temos alguns pipe’s onde um mesmo usuário pode ser o responsável por duas fases, mas só recebe o aviso de ser responsável uma vez.Exemplo, a nossa superintendente é supervisora de alguma pessoas que definem ela como responsável pela primeira fase do pipe.Depois o card percorre entre outras fases e na última fase, a superintendente também é responsável por analisar todos os card’s, porém nessa última fase ela não recebe o alerta do pipe.  

I want my organization to be able to see their assignments (tasks, requests, etc.) in one location.  I would like them to be able to use their Pipefy Dashboard to be their one place to see information including their Tasks and Requests.  I cannot find a way of adding a person’s Tasks and Requests to their Dashboard.  This seems like an obvious and foreseeable ask but cannot find information on this?  What am  I missing?  Thank you.

I have a form that is 100% anonymous, and I’ve been using the public link for people to fill it out. Until now, it worked even for those who were logged in, and the card would be created under Pipebot.However, today I noticed that the public link's background was not the one I set—it displayed the new portals instead. Additionally, when I opened a card, it was no longer anonymous.This is likely a bug, and I have reported it, but I still wanted to mention it here….

I know this has been asked before but I’m just wondering if it has been implemented and added to the API. Is there a way to get the activity center, where comments, audit trail, etc are on a card, are they available via the API? i.e. can this info be pushed into another system?

We have a Pipe “Customers” which contains all our customers (synchronised automatically from our CRM).We have a Pipe “Customer Enquiry” which customers use (via public Form) to submit a new enquiry.To save time for repeat customers when placing an enquiry, we want to allow them to pick their details from the “Customers” pipe *and* have the data from the “Customers” pipe prefill certain fields in the “Customer Enquiry” pipe (Name, Business Address etc).When we include a “Customers” Pipe Connection in the “Customer Enquiry” Pipe, it seems we can only configure prefill to work from Customer Enquiry into Customers rather than the other way around?Am I missing something here? Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hi guys / @claudia-bar , @thassia, @marcosmelo , @amanda-dianni are we able to change phases via the email alone?  For instance the CEOs of the company will not have time to go in the app & would like to either approve or reject request on the email (email will have the relevant information to make informed decision), which will move the card to the next phase.

Hello! Currently we are experiencing a problem using Pipefy platform, the system says that we have 4 / 2 interfaces used in the Starter plan, but we didn’t use Interfaces at all. When opening the Interface panel, it is empty. (see picture below) Later we discovered that we dont have a SuperAdmin role assigned to anyone, can that be the reason we cannot see these 4 interfaces that were allegedly created? Please help, the AI chat bot you provided obviously doesnt have the answers needed.  Thanks in advance. Max

Boa tarde.Temos um pipe que durante o seu desenvolvimento foi definido que só algumas pessoas poderiam acessar o formulário inicial, assim nas configurações foi definida a opção para não ficar aberto para toda a empresa e foram definidas as pessoas com acesso ao formulário inicial.Porém agora foi definido que será aberto esse formulário para todos, mas agora ao clicar no link público ele não está ativo e não aparece aquele botão para ativar ou desativar o formulário público como existia antigamente conforme me lembro.

Another Pipefy system instability impacting our ability to do business with our customers.We’ve discovered this morning that Field Validations on public forms are no longer working correctly. Typing any character or characters into a validated field on a public form immediately throws a validation error.For example, when attempting to type an email address into an email field, Pipefy throws the message “invalid email format” immediately after every single character is entered.This is happening for fields which have Custom Validations.Please could community users test this on their own forms and report the issue to Pipefy Support, hopefully to expedite a fix.

Has anyone managed to get Pipefy Emails working on an SMTP relay through Google Workspace?We simply cannot get Pipefy to login.we have disabled MFA at the Google End on the relay account we have tried enabling and disabling TLS at the Google end we have enabled ‘login using less secure apps’ for the Org Unit hosting the relay account at the google end we have configured the Pipefy IP address list as permissible IP addresses for SMTP relay at the google endWe have now run out of road!Help!!

Estou enfrentando um erro para enviar o formulário inicial quando esse é utilizado de autocomplete que é sugerido. Ao clicar no botão de enviar o formulário não é enviado e indica os campos que foram autocompletados como incorretos/ não preenchidos. Mas mesmo quando realizamos a correção do campo, o botão de envio não reabilita para enviar. Isso tem causado um grande impacto negativo em nosso processo!  Mais alguém enfrentando o mesmo problema?

I've created an automation to move the card to another phase when the value is present. In the kanban visualization, the card goes to the correct phase, but I can't access it's form. On the upper part of the card we see that it's still in the previous phase, even though the card is in the correct phase column Here we see the card in the first phase. When the field ‘Valor do serviço’ has a value, the automation sends it to the next phase.  Here we see that the card in the kanban has moved to the correct phase. But when we open the card, it's still in the previous phase and there's even a button to move it to the ‘Triagem’ phase. If I move the card manually back to the first phase and then to the ‘Triagem’ phase, the form looks correct.Can anyone please help me with this matter? Business Use Case ScenarioWe have an integration which pushes validated customer records into a Pipefy Pipe “Customers”.We use this “Customers” Pipe to enable customers who bring repeat business to ‘pick’ their record from this Pipe when filling in Pipefy Forms with us. It avoids repeat customers having to repeatedly provide their information (Name, email, phone, business, address etc etc).Not all of the fields in the “Customer” pipe are mandated because each connected process will determine what data is essential to that particular process.ChallengeAutofill on Connections is from “Child” to “Parent” but we need this to work the other way around.Since this isn’t possible, can anyone suggest possible solutions/approaches to consider? ThanksMark

Hello:I’m seeking advice on displaying linked data.I have an Onboarding “form” (Pipe) and within the form is a link to a “Position Matrix” database.  Users of the Onboarding form can select a defined job role from the “Position Matrix”. Within the “Position Matrix” database, a list of equipment and software for each role are tabled.The “pop-out” feature is handy in that it allows the Onboarding form User to view all of the attributes of the selected Position.There are 3 issues:A Pipefy User Login is required, as it opens the “Position Matrix” database in a new tab A Read-only overlay or a link back to Onboarding form is desired (not opening the database to edit) Pop-out windows are not anchored in the frameIs it possible to display (only, without a login required) the requested data, anchored within the existing Pipefy Onboarding form?Thanks!Andrew
