Every time our team replies to an email on a card, it adds another “Re.” to the subject line, which ends up looking like this after multiple replies back and forth with our customers:Subject: Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. actual subject line here..Can we please remove the addition of a “Re.” every single time we reply?

Vi que era para ser possível colocar no campo texto dinâmico, mas hora que coloco e depois abro o formulário para preencher, a imagem não carrega, entrei em contato com o suporte e me disseram que esse recurso não existe.  

Olá, estou tendo um problema de acesso na minha conta institucional para redefinir a senha. Comecei hoje na empresa e ao tentar criar uma conta o pipefy indica que já existe usuário, porém como não tenho a senha, clico para redefinir a senha,  mas o e-mail não chega e a confirmar que quero a redefinição de senha, não aparece o aviso padrão de que foi enviado um e-mail para reset da senha E-mail institucional - luis.rodrigues@kanastra.com.br

Hello friends. I need to understand how to use a template created in PDF Generator for piping. I read an official article that requires a request for authorization via the document generator form. I submitted the request a few days ago, but it hasn't been approved. My question is whether I can use the PDF Generator template for piping or whether I can only use the document generator. I found the documentation on this topic very confusing and outdated. Can you please help me?

Fiz os modelos para gerar pdfs e deixei eles ativos, porém eles não aparecem no pipe como modelos para baixar os documentos. Já fiz os testes sugeridos pelo suporte, inclusive criando outro pipe para teste e o problema persiste.

I’ve been testing the interface option for a few weeks now and I understand that there’s no way (so far) to implement conditionals on the fields displayed.To work around that, I’ve been testing a lot of options,but I struck a wall.I’m using it to display approval information, so we have two fields: date of approval and date of refusal.My problem is: if it is approved, it show the approval date, but the refusal date appears as “This field is blank”.Is there a way to include the option “Don’t exhibit blank fields” on the interfaces?We already have the option of not displaying the filed name, so I believe it’s not that difficult to implement this.

Hi,I’m having an issue with a dashboard chart in Pipefy. When I set up the chart to count cards that moved to the "feedback call" phase this year, it works correctly: However, when I add grouping by months, the chart shows "no results".Has anyone experienced a similar problem or knows how to fix this? 

When you try to conect to another data base in one data base, it shows nothing.

Olá, pessoal, boa tarde.Espero que estejam bem.Eu estou tentando mudar minhas requisições HTTP feitas dentro do Pipefy de tokens pessoais para contas de serviço, mas, estou empacando na segunda parte. Eu consegui gerar o token baseado na conta de serviço que criei (método POST). A resposta gerada vem em um campo de texto longo com header e response body (onde está o token).Após isso, como devo proceder para fazer uma nova requisição para dentro do próprio Pipefy? Porque, diferente de GET, eu não consigo retirar somente o token da resposta. Não achei nenhum material no help center do pipefy sobre isso sendo que lá pede-se para começar a usar contas de serviço. Se puderem me ajudar, agradecerei.

I’m trying to use Pipefy’s automation to make a GET request to this endpoint:https://monroneylabels.com/cars/vin.json?single_access_token=MY_TOKEN&car[vin]=MYVIN17CHARSI set it up in Pipefy like this  Method: GET URL: (full URL with both query params, as above) Authentication: No auth No headers, no request body In Postman and Chrome, this exact URL works and returns 200 OK. But in Pipefy, it always returns 400 Bad Request. How can I get Pipefy to actually send the query params? Is this a bug or is there a workaround?

Ao clicar no botão do pdf ele apresenta erro que não consegue carregar

Bom dia, Utilizo o pipesign em um pipe para assinaturas de acordos. Nesse pipe os membros geram os arquivos pelo Gerador de PDF e mandam para assinatura pelo Pipesign. Contudo, não quero que eles possam excluir esses arquivos do pipesign posteriormente.Já tentei limitar a exclusão de cards apenas para administradores, utilizei o visão restrita, porém ele limita apenas no pipe. No pipesign todos continuam tendo permissão para excluir arquivos. Como posso limitar esse acesso?
