On top of the Ideas-page , there is the “Ideas pipeline”, where the status of a few ideas is listed. My question is, why this pipeline does not list all ideas (i.e.: the pipeline currently shows 25 submitted, 4 under consideration, 9 released, of a total of 123 ideas)?Is it just because it would not look as good if there were 108 submitted ideas vs. 9 released and 4 under consideration (and 2 new)?

I need a way to transfer information from one card in “pipe A” to a new card in “pipe B” using an automation without the parent/child relationship. Can someone help me with this please?

Hello,I’m wondering if I’m missing some setting or if it’s actually not working, but I’m having trouble changing the text of my Create a Card button for pipe/database connections. When I open the form individually, the text is correct, but when I’m using a parent form that has a connection to it, the text is back to the default value.The button to create the pipe connection on the parent formPipe connection when expanded, the blue button has the default text.Form when acessed directly 

Hello,          I’m using the software as a business process.  I want to be able to create and print invoices per card.  Our invoicing is simple.  We have about 7-10 different prices per units.My questions are:Is there a way to have a simple math function?  Such as so many units times a preset price? Is there a way to create a PDF that has said math function? Is there a way to create a document instead of PDF, so that it can be manually edited? Is there a way to have an end of process email a PDF invoice?  When card enters a certain phase?  

Hello all !I have a problem with the shared Inbox feature that I want to share with you.When one of my agents answer a client a new card is create. For example:client 1 → pipe email 1 received  → card A is createdagent answer pipe email 1 → card B is created The expected was:agent answer pipe email 1 → the answer keeps below card A And the reason I think this happens as you can see in the below image is when I answer an email the pipe e-mail address is on copy and triggers the creation of a new card.  Any help there? For me, it doesn´t make any sense to put the destination e-mail (pipe's email) in copy on a reply. Thank you!

I am trying to acces pipefy data through the API, however, I am not able no find my organization ID or my pipe ID anywhere, I am just missing those to finish everything. Thanks,Leo

Hi guys!I have superadmin permission and when I make the API call I get back only the IDs of the Pipes I am part of. The others in the organization are not listed.Does anyone know what this could be?  We have tried with another superadmin account and it is inside a Pipe, the return of the ID is also only from this pipe it is part of.Currently we have more than 200.

The customer base can be queried, send alerts to other people.It would be something like that.

In the importer feature, there is an error that always happens when i’m trying to import phone numbers.  This is an example of phone numbers I haveThis is the importer error log with what it made of the info I had.This error is making me use the text field for phone numbers, and I don’t want that.Does anybody knows what might be happening??

Background: We have some pipes that contain connected fields to other Pipes.It can look like this:PIPE 1 - the Pipe user’s useConnected Field to Pipe 2 Connected Field to Pipe 3 (in the start form for pipe 2) Problem: A few months ago access to the connected field in pipe 3 disappeared. This broke our pipes using dynamic content to show Pipe 3 data.Clarification: I’ve been told several times it’s a bug that is being worked on. But several months down the line I’m just wondering if the feature has been discontinued - it’s unusual for a bug to last so long. Would appreciate any input on this - it was a very cool feature/ that allowed us to really make the most of pipefy’s connected fields (probably the most valuable and differentiated feature). This downgrade in functionality has unfortunately has limited its use for us.

Hi I am new to pipefy so please bear with me...We have started a pipe to manage job cards for our small service business. The start form is completed for every new job with customer and job details. A lot of our customers are repeat customers so we have added a contact database connection to the start form which is successfully allowing us to add an existing or new customer to each form.My problem is once a card has been created, and the card is opened in the app from within any phase, only the customer name displays and the contact card does not open from within the app.This is a problem for our field workers who need to be able to contact customers when completing a job. Is there a way to allow access to the contacts database from within the app? Am I missing something?Thanks in advance.

Today I can’t use Pipefy e-mails in my company because of the branding on the footer of each email. Also, the embeded forms are becoming an increasing problem, because Pipefy keeps on adding more and more of their branding and CTAs. embeded form propaganda after submit It's understandable if you want to use your branding on FREE accounts, but seriously, my company pays the enterprise plan and we can’t opt out of these annoying things. Me, personaly, I stopped recommending Pipefy to other companies.  It’s becoming a very expensive tool, since we can’t use all it’s resources.

Does anyone know how Pipefy's API consumption is counted? They're wanting to sell me an additional consumption package, but the team that wants to sell me doesn't know where I'm consuming. From my counts, I'm making around 2-3K API calls per month. According to the Pipefy team report, we are doing 15 K. They can't explain.

I’d like to start using Pipefy with the “Starter” plan. But there are a few details I want to clarify before creating anything. The "Starter" plan shows "Up to 50/month" for cards. Is this referring to the total number of cards I can have or to the number of new cards I can create each month? How can I track my card limit for the month?

I’ve been reviewing the API to see how to work with Card Checklists. Based on documentation there, I’m not sure where they are available.Two questions on this: Are Card Fields the way to list card checklists on a card: https://api-docs.pipefy.com/reference/objects/CardField/ Can we add card checklists via the Update Card Field: https://api-docs.pipefy.com/reference/mutations/updateCardField/ Appreciate any thoughts or experience on doing this. Olá, Pessoal!Segue uma dica, caso encontrem esse erro no Make. A dica abaixo pode ser uma das soluções.Recentemente tive um problema na integração do Make com o Pipefy. Quando eu tentava salvar uma configuração de um novo cenário inserindo uma conexão já existente no Make, eu recebia uma mensagem de erro informando que a permissão foi negada. Error 30001 Permission Denied.[Painel Make] Depois de muita luta, consegui identificar a causa. A conta de usuário do Pipefy que eu estava usando na conexão com o Make, estava com a função de membro dentro do Pipe. Então, alterei para função de Administrador
